We are so thrilled to have the AC Crew in our home. They are so professional and I always know I am being told the truth. We have had one of the big outfits in Nashville in our home for repairs before and told we needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a unit that did not need replacing. Thanks to AC Crew when It did come time to replace we knew who to call!

I emailed Justin Sharp with the AC Crew late one night because my thermostat went kaput on me.
he emailed me back first thing in the morning, called me within the hour, and a tech happened to be in the area...so the tech was there in less than an hour as well!
Akili was the young man who came to our house. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to fix/install a new thermostat and connect all of the right wiring at the furnace control panel.
Great experience, would definitely recommend to all of those who have HVAC needs!
