Had an issue with PVC piping under my kitchen sink (new, deeper sink). The staff was very helpful and figured out a part that would work. Saved me a plumber's visit for something that was an easy fix (with the correct part). Price was very reasonable too!

The service here is terrific if you want personal attention that you can't get from a big box store. Bob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in guiding toward the correct products for our master bath remodel.

I own a house cleaning business and we recently broke a light globe to a ceiling fan. I called them because they were listed as a local distributor. I had the opportunity to talk with Bob and he provided excellent customer service. I learned that the model had been discontinued and that we would need to look at alternatives. As we discussed options, he shared that this manufacturer was proud of their pricing and actually steered me to a big box outlet and we reviewed their website and availability.
My customer was very appreciative of the effort that we had gone through and was thankful that my employee was not injured.
