    Not very personable.

This guy is a sham. DO NOT let him in your house. A bona fide grifter. Notify the authorities if he is in your neighborhood...

This company is extremely unethical. DO NOT give them any money up front for "parts to be ordered". You'll never see them again. They have an F rating with the BBB.

Terrible service. They didn't fix our dryer because he couldn't tell what was wrong with it even though it stops working mid-cycle and then charged us $139 just to look at it.

less than 1 star, this guy shows up like Larry the cable guy , cant see over the trash on the dash, trash falling out of the truck when he gets out...duuhh ,dumb ass for me even letting this guy in the house.!!!
Kevin Grace looked at my stove for less than 5 minutes, 80$ ?
DO NOT waste your time or money on this fool.

He didn't even take the top off the washing machine to check if the circuit board was working. He listened to a friend described to him what was going on he never checked anything he just pushed buttons opened and closed door charged me $140 for nothing
.. He said parts and labor would be over 350.00. He rushed through it. Never ever again.
    Rip off

Showed up and in 15 minutes (or so) said we needed to defrost our refrigerator but was fine. Then charged my wife $145.00 for a service charge. Lesson learned. Please read all the google reviews before hiring. Also find it comical that in August the service charge (per google reviews )was $139.00.

Not very friendly, not affordable, didn't seem very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Charged me a $100 "service fee" because I was unwilling to move forward with a "$300 repair" that I ended up doing myself for $30 and 5 minutes of my time. I am always about supporting local businesses, but not when they lack general customer service and courtesy.

This guy is a scam artist. Do not call him. He charged $89.95 for a service charge without fixing anything. We didn't even call him to repair this. We called a number that we thought was a sears repair number. Apparently he pays google so that the call directs to him. I'm not even sure if he did anything other then have a quick look at it only to tell me it would be a $500 piece that was not in stock. This is a scam.

Don't waste your money. Charges $139.95 for a service call on Sunday he wanted $379.95 to repair my freezer. When he left I noticed that he left my freezer unplugged which he didn't know if I could get a new freezer that day or not, he didn't care if I lost al the food. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T USE HIM.

Crook. Thief. Liar. We were told to contact him through Hermitage Lighting Gallery who is now claiming they never told us to contact him. He came out on 12/11/2018 to give us an estimate and figure out what was wrong with our refrigerator. Told us it was the compressor, charged us $89.95 for the service and said he'd order it in and be back next week. He never came back. Ever. We went through my child's first Christmas and first birthday without a working refrigerator. I called every day for two weeks, then called every week. He would never call me back, and if I happened to catch him on the phone, he would say he's waiting to hear from his distributor. It is April 16. Nothing. He is also trying to get business by changing his name to Appliance Doctor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE AUTHORIZED APPLIANCE REPAIR OR APPLIANCE DOCTOR. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANYONE, FOR ANYTHING.

Kevin Grace is a thief, essentially stole my money for a service on my washer that he provided however did not fix the issue. The company called was "The Appliance Doctor" and when writing the check amount for service he corrected me to write the check directly to him and not the company name. He immediately left and cashed the check & when I called to complain about the service provided not fixing my washer he was very rude and not professional.

I had a great experience with this company. I called for service on my broken refrigerator, they arrived with in a couple of hours of me calling. They quickly identified the problem, quoted me a fair price and repaired the refrigerator immediately. This man drives around in a large box truck filled with appliance parts, and able to do most repairs without me waiting for days for a part. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

DO NOT CALL HIM! He came out to check out our washer, was here 5 minutes max, and said he couldn’t repair and I needed to call a plumber. Charged me $140 for literally nothing. Also, he asks you to write the check directly to him and not the business. We got scammed on this one. DO NOT CALL!

He took advantage of my grandmother by not explaining what he was doing and did not list a cost breakdown on his bill (no labor cost, no part cost, no nothing). He charges $200+ no matter what the issue is. He "fixed" this issue but had to be called out again because he did not correctly handle it. He wasn't able to come out the same day and did not give a time that he would be able to come so we had to wait around for him. I would not recommend his services to anyone at all. Find someone better who won't waste your time or your money.

The WORST experience I have EVER encountered in the service industry! They charged 2 separate $89.95 service charge for 2 separate appliances in the same visit and did not disclose until time for payment.
They required me to pay for the services and conveniently didn't have the part on the truck. They cashed my $435 check and have yet to show back up to install the icemaker 1 week later. I've been overcharged and my time taken waiting on a repairman to show that has missed the last two appointments.

Kevin is wonderful. He has repaired our appliances for years. He is punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kevin Grace for all of your appliance needs. He has 30 years of experience and you'll be up and running in a few minutes. He will more than likely have the part you need on his truck which saves you time. Schedule an appointment, you won't be disappointed! I only give 5 star reviews to reputable businesses. Over the years, Mr. Grace has never taken advantage of me or my daughter's appliances at her house. Negative reviews are not always credible. He is not a scammer, nor has he ever taken advantage of me.

We had a good experience. We called Tuesday night and he came during the agreed upon time the next day. He even gave us a 15-minute notice courtesy call. He was friendly to us as well as our curious cat. He promptly identified the issue (broken igniter), which my husband had suspected. The price seemed a bit steep, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Ultimately we were happy to pay for quick, friendly service. And very happy to have a functioning oven again! Would hire again.
