Doug and his crew are very professional and quick. We had a tricky removal that was done expertly. If you have a job that needs a pro, these guys fit the bill!

Doug, Amanda and the crew transformed our heavily forested area in Winchester. Other contractors were afraid to attempt the project but Knock on Wood came through. Doug helped us with building ideas too. I would be 100% comfortable referring them to anyone, including family. 😀

Last night’s storm broke a giant branch from our neighbor’s tree, crashing through the fence and blocking our driveway. Assorted smaller limbs and debris were strewn through our yards and across our roof. Knock on Wood arrived just when they promised, and had us debris-free within 2 hours. Professional, intentional, expedient and thorough. We can’t say enough about them and their work. Thank you for all you did today! 6 stars still wouldn’t be enough!

We couldn’t be more impressed with their services! We had several dead ash trees that we needed to get removed on a very steep and difficult lot. The whole crew was great-extremely knowledgeable and capable. Highly, highly recommend!

I can count the number of reviews I've ever written on one hand, but my experience with Knock on Wood Tree Services was so unexpected that I feel compelled to share it with others.

I came home from out of town to a surprise in the backyard - a tree had fallen and landed perfectly in our pool. I scheduled several companies to come and give estimates for the tree's removal. Knock on Wood sent Jacob out to take a look. He took the time to review the situation, explaining exactly how the work would be done, answering my questions, and figuring out how to accommodate several special requests, including preserving the mature hydrangeas that the tree had fallen in the middle of. I decided to hire them.

The next day, the owner, Doug, stopped by to review everything and answer any questions. Shortly after, the tree removal crew showed up. These guys were great! Rosendo, Sotero, Vinnie, and Mateo knew exactly what they were doing. They worked a solid three hours straight removing the tree in the pool while working around the hydrangeas, and removed another tree that was threatening to fall. They were polite, well-spoken, answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. These guys are a class act!

It's rare for any service you pay for to exceed expectations, but these guys did. I highly recommend them

Doug and his crew were great to work with on our 2 acre site in Bellevue, TN. Knock on Wood did excellent work, completed the job on schedule and Doug was always available when needed. We're looking forward to a continued relationship and more jobs to come.

What sets this company apart is their top‑notch equipment and truly skilled tree professionals. Knock on Wood Tree Service stopped by today to trim a massive Hackleberry tree on the side of my house. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the skill of their talented technicians. They brought some of the best equipment I’ve seen in years and made a challenging job look effortless. Tree trimming like this is no easy task—it’s both difficult and dangerous—but these gentlemen handled it with professionalism and precision. Huge thanks to the whole team!
