Constraction reviews in Friendsville, Tennessee

Wes and Sunny are simply the best. Honest, professional, and polite. Now with their partner Nick, they can handle any outside job you could ever need accomplished. Land clearing, dirt movement, retention walls, concrete work of any kind, landscaping, irrigation install and maintenance - you name it and they can get it done. GThey do exceptional work and at a price I could find no one else would come close to. I used them for tree removal, dirt moving, retention wall, landscaping, concrete work, irrigation, and landscaping - they were by far the best and that included the lowest price as well. Only people I will ever use. Alan

This crew did a fantastic job from start to finish! Super timely and communicates well. I’d definitely hire them again! No question!

Best service - hands down! Wes and Sunny are a pleasure to work with and make the entire process as easy and seamless as possibly! Great Work!!

After a year of struggling with a disaster of a driveway from Clayton Homes, these men came in and re-did my driveway and yard in THREE days. It looks amazing!!! I couldn't be happier and would recommend 100%. Couldn't have asked for better!

Wes did a great job on our property and his communication is top notch. It’s been a challenge finding great help and communication these days. Thank you for your hard work!

With a new build our final grade was still not correct. We were recommended to use Wes with volunteer land development and we are so glad we did. He was there when he said he would be, kept the area clean, and had great communication during the process. We had a lot of drainage issues and with the recent rains we have been able to see all of his systems working well.

These are the greatest people to get things done for you. There are no hims or haws about it, if they tell you they can do somethin, they can do it! AND for the price they quoted you.

John is one of the best bobcat operators I have seen. If you don't use these people, you've made a mistake!

I found Wes and team by way of a reference from a friend of a friend, basically, then asked him to clear for three buildings and grade in a driveway so far. They jumped right in and got the job done quickly, working around the weather. We now have around 800ft of gravel driveway in place to the three buildings (home, shop, small guest house) and areas prepped for the buildings.
Wes has had some great suggestions for what to leave and what to keep and has turned our wooded lot into a beautiful future home site!

Wes Wilbur...our new friend and neighbor, who also owns and operates Volunteer Land Development, LLC...we needed someone to prep a building spot for a new workshop on our property. We saw the sign on Hwy 321, near Friendsville, and took a chance. We drove up in there that day, on the chance that Volunteer Land Development might be able and willing to do what we needed. Best chance we ever took!!! Wes has not only developed the land for the new shop, but he has also overseen the build every step of the way!! Top Notch Work!!! And if he can't do it himself, he knows other Top Notch People who can!!! It's all coming together so beautifully, and the quality of his work, and that of his friends, CANNOT be beaten!!! On top of all that, Wes is a visionary...he can "see" how it should be, and he can make that happen!! And one more "on top of all that"...he has two amazing sons that he is bringing up in the way they should go!! On a recent snow day, when we were running low on wood due to my husband's recent ankle surgery, they and their friends rolled in here with enough wood to get us through the rest of this winter!! That's the kind of Top Notch People they are!! As someone else has already stated, we are very fortunate and blessed to have a man of Wes's caliber working in our community!! We would definitely call on him in the future and highly recommend him to others in need of this kind of work!!

Wes Wilbur, John, Jason, and the whole team at Volunteer Land Development are experts at their craft. They have cleared a significant amount of land for us on our property and have done a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

This company goes above and beyond. Wes made helpful and affordable suggestions, worked within our budget, completed on time and did excellent work. My husband and I highly recommend Volunteer Land Development! They cleared and excavated our land, cut in, graded and graveled the driveway, installed the septic, etc. We are ready to build and will be bringing them back in during that process as well.

We contacted Volunteer Land Development to assess and correct an existing retaining wall project. From the initial walk-through for project analysis and work planning to completion, the company owner, Wesley Wilber, and every member of his team were consummate professionals.Through every step of our project, they held true to "Customer Satisfaction First"! Mr. Wilber is personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative. The crew was punctual, precise, hardworking, polite and completely professional. Their attention to detail made it abundantly clear they all take great pride in their work. As the work progressed and changes were required, they formulated design ideas, and their suggestions were aimed at saving time and money while still giving the quality work expected. They truly exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend Volunteer Land Development, LLC for all of your outdoor projects.

The Deck Transformation:
• Vision Construction built a well-constructed and beautiful deck on the back of our house.
