There’s a lot to say about Vision Construction but i’ll just hit on a few. First off their professionalism is A+. From Mr. Cody himself all the way through the guys and gals he has on his team. Every one of them are great people with wonderful personalities and friendly as can be. At least for me, that means a lot. I’ve hired them for a handful of projects both inside and out, and the quality is top notch. They’re super easy to work with and will make sure you’re absolutely satisfied because they take their craftsmanship seriously. Undoubtedly i will be using them again in the future.

I absolutely love coming home now that vision construction renovated my older home! The communication with Mike Cody was beyond expectation. My wife and I reached out to Mike and he walked us through the who process of our bathroom remodel and kitchen update. Our home construction site was always clean while his team was inside working. The prints and rendering help us make decisions for the kitchen and bathroom. Mike’s experience shows, he caught design errors we had made and help our vision to be a reality.

Mike and his team took my wife’s vision of a spectacular open concept bakery with the most elegant look and brought it to life! They stayed in constant communication throughout the whole project! The crew at Vision were really great to deal with. Very professional, personable, and easy to communicate with. They completely gutted and remodeled 2 whole rooms of our older home. All I can say is if you are looking for a general contractor who is grounded in moral values and high character then you really don't need to look any further. Mike Cody is your man. My in-laws built their house in 1971 and last year it was given to us by my widowed mother-in-law so my wife could live in the house she grew up in. However it was quite dated and in serious need of a facelift and the main feature of our remodel idea was to remove a 30 foot long load bearing wall to open up the main area of the house. After several estimates from other contractors, all of whom quickly said yeah we can do that and here's how much, I waited for my final estimate appointment with Vision and I'm so glad I did. Mike took one look and said I can probably do that but I won't do anything until my engineer takes a look at the structure and then gives me the OK along with a blueprint. I hired Mike on the spot. Over the course of the remodel his communication was extraordinary as I was blown away by how he kept me informed of what was happening and when. He was on top of every detail and if by chance something wasn't quite right, I made a call and it was made right no questions asked. In fact he walked in one day when the flooring was about 75% down and he made the guys pull it up and start over because he noticed some unevenness in the sub flooring. It's so refreshing to know there is still at least one guy you can trust because he simply cares. During those 5 months we spent a lot of time brainstorming together and Mike clearly saw my vision and made it my reality. And after all is said and done he has my utmost respect and gratitude, and I'm proud to say that we have become friends. From what I have come to understand that happens quite often with Mike and his clients, he's just that kind of guy.

Mike Cody is not only a man of integrity but also a down to earth man to work with. He was very informative during the whole process, from initial quote to finish product. His crew was always friendly and always on task. We couldn't have been more pleased with Vision Construction for all the hard work they did.
