Plumbing reviews in Gallatin, Tennessee

We had two issues. Not only did we have a clogged toilet that we couldn't get unclogged ourselves. With the recent artic cold snap we had a pipe freeze and burst. Talking to Jennifer and explaining that I am on a fixed income she talked to Michael and they really are doing a good job working with me on the payment. They came out in the dark and fixed us up. We are now clog free and no longer have a burst pipe. We are so grateful for Michael Jr. Plumbing and if ever needed in the future they will be our first call.

I recommend this company to anyone. These guys are extremely nice and respectful and they do great work on top of that, I got quotes from different company's once before and these guys come out way cheaper and good quality work. Thank you guys.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! Gave a time window they would arrive, and were early! Got the job knocked out quickly, and kept me informed of what the issue was, as well as the fix to it! Definietly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Michael is the best. Do yourself a favor and just call him.

He was fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

I have used his services 3 times in the first month of buying my new house... And he was great all 3 times

These guys have been great. Came out promptly and installed an outdoor spigot for a reasonable price and replaced it for free while still under warranty when i had a problem. Very honorable and trustworthy company!

It’s always a pleasure to deal with Michael and his son.

Michael was excellent to work with. They always pick up the phone and got to us within 3 days for a non-emergency. Michael was extremely thorough and helps you understand the problem, how to fix it, and any helpful tips for homeowners. Will definitely be calling Michael for any plumbing needs. He is very knowledgable and is a no brainer if you are looking for a reputable plumber!

This business man gets 5 stars all across from me. He found a leak I had not discovered & saved me further expense. He was neat & organized, later walked me through a problem on the phone which kept him from making more money. But he was all about saving me the added expense. Great person & provided excellent service!

We contacted Michael Jr Plumbing to set up an appointment to replace a sink and facet in our kitchen. Michael arrived ON TIME and started work immediately. It was not an easy job and of course we didn't order all of the parts we needed. Not a problem for Michael. He and his assistant were prompt and courteous and did an excellent job. We highly recommend that you reach out to Michael Jr Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have.

Michael Jr was excellent to work with. I called him for help with our water issue and he and his partner came out the next day and stayed until they resolved it. The pressure switch that got replaced still didn’t seem to be working the water pressure right, so they came out again for no charge to replace it again. I highly recommend him! He was a great help during a very stressful time.

Called this company for an emergency situation, not only on a Sunday, but of all days Mothers Day. They picked up the phone immediately , listened to my issues and were on site to do the repair in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable and kind and offered exceptional service and insight. When it comes to customer satisfaction this company is the flagship. I will use them for any plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend 5/5 ⭐️

I contacted Michael Jr since he was a local business and had great reviews. (I support all local small businesses) He was very responsive and very thorough when speaking with him.

He showed up on time, walked through and showed what needed to be repaired and how to repair it correctly. Found the issue, showed me the issue and then fixed it. Michael and David are very professional at what they do and was very respectful. I highly recommended this business and professionalism.

I would like to share the beginning experience I've had with them so far. When I called I requested a service and the phone got disconnected. I immediately received a call from the owner concerned about the message I had put in and we were able to straighten them out as it looked to be bad customer service but that wasn't the case! Both ladies I've dealt with are professional and caring and I appreciate the concern from the message. They are coming to check out the un urgent issue on Monday. They are fast friendly and professional and care about their business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Especially if you want to be treated like family! Thanks for staying on top of things and handling issues that may arise!

We were VERY pleased with the service, professionalism and quick response to our water leak.
We would certainly recommend Michael Jr Plumbing!

First experience with this plumbing company. The owner arrived to provide the estimate, extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Willing to bid both small and large projects, and available to make immediate repairs as necessary. Very pleased overall!

We have called Michael Shaver Jr Plumbing several times over the years, and every time we’ve needed him he has personally responded - always in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his field and can quickly identify a problem and help you understand what’s going on. He also has assisted us in finding someone to replace our flooring when he found a small leak in the bathroom pipe that caused molding underneath the tile flooring - always going above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things about him and his team - definitely recommend!

Michael and his son are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They showed up to repair a water leak quickly, fixed the leak, and left the job site better than they found it. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Michael Jr. is awesome. He was informative and got the repair I needed done quickly and efficiently. He also looked over the other plumbing and informed me of other issues with the plumbing that I had not realized were there. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
