They came out and cut the trees and everything was good and I was very pleased until I saw where they broke the corner out of my driveway/parking area. I called and was told I would receive a call back and never did and I called 2 more times about this issue and never got a response, Not good business in that respect.

What great a company and people. They came cut our tree and left the yard so clean you would never know they were here. Great job!

Filled out the request for service on their website. They emailed a notice that a representative would call me. So far, it's been over a week and no one has called me. I even sent an email saying that I was waiting for a call and got no response.

Family Tree Service is great local company here in Gallatin. First time we tried their service and they exceeded all expectations. There service crew was friendly and really cared about the service they provided. High marks for this company!

My neighbors hired family's Tree Service to cut down 2 trees. They dropped the trees in my yard causing damage to my lawn and even dropped one tree on one of my evergreens. The owner came out and refused to replace the tree and did not offer to fill the holes in with topsoil. In my opinion this tree company is very unprofessional.

We have now used Family's Tree service on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions they were very quick and professional and did a great job cleaning up all the shavings leaving everything pristine.

Have no reservations about giving my full recommendation to their business.

We contracted with Rick and his crew to remove 12 trees and stumps in our backyard. The guys were really friendly and professional.

We did have a minor issue with a neighbor (his complaint was very nit-picky). The guys pulled slightly into his driveway to turn around and left tire marks. I let Rick know about the issue and he promised he’d take care of it. Rick stood by his word and sent 2 guys out on a Sunday to pressure wash the tire marks out of the neighbors driveway. Rick even called to follow up with me to be sure everything went as planned and there were no issues to address.

I say all of this because it says a lot about a company when they come back to address an issue after they’ve already been paid. Especially for such a minor nit-picky issue brought by a neighbor.

I normally don't leave reviews but the crew that cut my trees treated them like it was there own property outstanding care and service highly recommend.

Great customer service and follow up. I called them out for an estimate on a Friday afternoon, and they were there the next business day. Rick not only gave me a fair price, but gave me options to best suit my budget and my needs. I would highly recommend Family's Tree Service.

Definitely recommend. Had them shape a 50 ft oak and top 5 crepe myrtle trees. Very professional and efficient. Had proper equipment for the job so no "footprint" was left and cleanup was great.

We had an amazing experience with Family's Tree Service. Great work and done in a really quick fashion. We were hesitant to have to lose so many trees but after their work I think the property looks even better. Can't recommend highly enough!

Can't say enough about the professionalism and the quality of work by Dan, Dillon and others. I had about 18 trees removed. Some not easy to get to. Everyone worked hard in not so great conditions to complete the job. I highly recommend Family's without hesitation. Thanks to all involved!!!

Family's Tree Service took care of some trees in our yard this week and we couldn't have been happier with the service and price! I have called quite a few places and had people not call us back or say they were coming and not show up. Michael Devault responded right away, explained exactly what we needed and why and got us a quote right away. They scheduled us within a week, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The guys were polite and professional and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been here. I highly recommend their services.

This team did a great job with our many trees and contexts in which trees could have interfered with our buildings easily. They handled the job professionally and were careful to make sure they understood what we needed. We would definitely do business with them again

Family's Tree Service performs beyond expectations. They have a hard working crew, very friendly and polite. They do an awesome job. We have used them before to remove and prune trees, which is why we contacted them again for this job. They removed three full-sized trees, trimmed/pruned another full-sized tree and removed the stumps. The stump removal was well done and above all, both the tree removal crew and the stump-grinding people left the work place neat as a pin. What more can you ask for.

We recently contracted Family's Tree Service to perform a large tree pruning job for our condominium complex. They did exactly what was agreed upon, and even exceeded our expectations. The clean up was superb. They hardly left a leaf on the ground. Price that was agreed upon was very reasonable and they completed the job in half the time we expected. I would recommend them to anyone and fully plan to use them if our association has tree trimming or removal needs in the future.
