From start to finish, everyone was very kind and competent. They checked in with me to review progress and updates and followed up with me on any new requests that I had. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

We worked with C&C in 2021 to build a big cabin in Gatlinburg. We would visit the construction on occasion and were always surprised at the level of detail, professionalism and integrity of their crews. We once walked in and saw the plumbers cleaning up after their work. This surprised us because our prior experience building in another state was the exact opposite.

When we decided to build again in Gatlinburg in 2025, it was a no brainer to pick C&C again.

Both cabins are great and we're glad we found C&C.

If you're thinking about building a new home in the Sevier County area, these are the guys to do it for you. We just closed with them, on time, and with zero issues. In the current building environment that is quite a task. The professionalism and attention to detail is the best I've seen, having been in the new home sales industry for many years.

Dave, Gary, and their team were great to work with. They listened to your ideas or suggestions and if it was doable they would do their best to make it happen.

I've built my houses, worked for a contractor, and done remodels. You know quality when you're in the business-- they do quality work.
I live out of state so it wasn't practical for me to be the GC! C&C made it as pain free as possible when it came to our build project!!!

PS--- after 2 years we are still happy with their work, and get complements all the time about its design quality and construction!
