The whole team at Morris Heating and Air Can't be beat. He installed a new A/C unit in my mothers home. The thing runs like a top.

He was on time, on budget, and since made several service calls for seasonal tune ups.

I highly recommend Johnny and Charli Morris for your heat and air service. They did an excellent job replacing my old oil burner unit and installing a new energy efficient heat pump. They were very effecient and trustworthy.

If you are looking for an honest, quality, and fair priced AC man this is your guy. Johnny does great work and is very knowledgeable. He truly takes time to assess a repair instead of just throwing parts at it. Give him a call...you won't be disappointed.

I had another company that was my heat & air contractor for over 10 years. When I was really in need of some help to replace my heat & air package unit, my long standing "go to" company quoted me a discounted price that I felt was a tad overpriced (actually quite higher for a less efficient unit than we ended up with through Morris Heating & Air). I had been given Johnny's name from a business associate. Let's say that my family is extremely pleased with that I went with his service, installation and product that was installed.

Johnny was in my house when it was over 100 degrees, replacing the unit and installing a new thermostat. We were extremely grateful for his hard work getting us back in the cool, during that heatwave!

The prior unit lasted 10 years, and we found that the prior contractor didn't install things correctly. Also, failed to replace the pad the unit sat on. Johnny also showed me how the old unit didn't correctly seat up to the foundation. Once he got the air cooling the house, He went back to his house and fabricated some new sheet metal shroud to join the unit to the house. This helped with keeping the crawl space from being open for nature. It is refreshing to work with someone like Johnny, who cares as much as he does about the product and service he provides.

One thing said that stuck with me: He works for the name on the truck. If people get bad service, it doesn't take long to pass along.

I am a firm believer to give credit or criticism where needed. That said, 5 out of 5!

We are sooo grateful for Mr. Morris and his wife! They came highly recommended and I see why...Our home and unit is only 2 years and it stopped cooling. They came out the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem, once we had the parts they were back to install them and now we are "Chilling" thanks to their hard work! We had the absolute most honest, polite and thorough technician named Johnny come and do a cleaning and inspection on our new place here in Cosby. He found a couple issues that will require an electrician and has even told us he will contact one and tell them just what we need done. The prices we so great.
