Tyler applied skilled knowledge for making diagnosis and explains very well about the fixing plan. John the owner and assistants figured out the 20 year old house water pipe diagram precisely and minimized cutting drywalls, fixed the issue with high quality work.

John and his team at Magnolia Plumbing were amazing to work with. They were right on time for appointments, explained my plumbing issues in a way I understood them, and offered options. I had an issue with 1 of the toilets in my home. Tyler came out on Memorial Day to assess what needed to be done. Although I didn't recommend it, he made sure to wear shoe covers to avoid tracking outside debris/dirt inside. He was professional and very transparent in relaying important information to me. After his assessment, we scheduled the repairs for a later date. He was prompt and replaced the toilet in record time.

My compliments to the team at Magnolia Plumbing. I had a broken, tankless water heater develop over the weekend. I made an inquiry via their email address and I had a call back from the company's owner (John) on a Saturday within an hour of my email. John shifted his schedule around for Monday - quoted a fair price and had a new one up and running before lunch on Monday. I was impressed and VERY thankful for John and his team!

Front water spigot was broken & needing replacement. Called on a Monday for an appointment & the earliest available was Friday, but I was given the option to have them call if something opened earlier. To my surprise, John was able to arrive same day & fixed my issue with ease.

I'm hoping the plumbing issue has been resolved, so I won't have to worry about getting another call from my tenant regarding the same problem. The technician left me with that impression, and I was charged $283.50 just for him to snake the line, which I find quite expensive.

Tyler is very knowledgeable. I need to replace the bathroom faucet. He gave great recommendations on which brands to use and a product to use for regular drain cleaning maintenance.

Phenomenal service. My water heater was busted. Their reception team is so kind over the phone and was able to get me scheduled with a technician that same day. Technician (Tyler) arrived early and was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They were able to get me scheduled the following business day for my heater install. John (owner) arrived early, explained everything thoroughly, and had the job completed within 2 hours. Overall John and his whole team are so personable and phenomenal to work with. John Stephenson is certified plumber for bradford white appliances which are under warranty in my case for 6 years. He was quick and professional to replace the defective gas valve and honored warranty in price.

We had a pipe leaking in our house, and so Tyler came out to make the diagnosis and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. And John and Tyler came to fix everything, they were both so kind and easy to talk to and worked really hard and efficiently to fix the pipe. I called on Wednesday for service for our garbage disposal, and the first available appointment was that Friday. I thought that was great, but i was able to be on a short call list in case they had any cancellations, so they were able to come Thursday morning! Talk about timely service!
Tyler was on time and changed our garbage disposal out quickly and efficiently! He gave me a couple of options to replace the disposal, and was able to change it out right then! There was no mess to clean up when he left, and he was very nice and professional. I’d definitely use Magnolia Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others as well!

Tyler with Magnolia Plumbing was great, he was courteous and professional. We're in the middle of kitchen remodel. (New deeper sink requires drain line to be moved lower). He answered all my questions and explained the plumbing work needed and why, and what our options were. I'm looking forward to them executing the plan.

Update: John with Magnolia Plumbing was the one who actually performed the project work. He too was very courteous and professional. He successfully completed relocation of the drain for the new deeper sink and completed install & connections to the faucet, disposal and dishwasher. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone needing the services of a plumber.
