Frank was our technician, he was courteous and solved my issues with our refrigerator.

Sears Home Service Technician, Billy*, came out the same day I called in a claim to my home warranty company. Within 2 minutes of unscrewing a plate inside of my AC unit, he discovered a disconnected wire, left by a technician who had come out last week to fix the heating function of my unit. Billy was cordial and professional and waited for me to check that both my heating and cooling functions were working properly. He even replaced a screw that the previous technician had not replaced when they took off the plate covering the wires. The only complaint I have about the $75 home warranty deductible charge is that I had to pay this a second time to correct the problem caused by the first company--also sent by my home warranty company.

We had the pleasure to have Richard-Service Technician repair our dryer that would not heat. Richard was very friendly, professional and prompt. Communication was great with all details from start to finish! Very Happy Customer!
