Great people who are polite and responsive. Regardless of their very competitive price, the service and speed to which they got the job done was admirable. They were attentive to the house's underground utilities, and did an all-over fast, proficient job. I will definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had with any contracted company for a large of a task as what we had. Very professional, did an amazing job, such a personable team and the owner was actually on site doing just as much work, if not more than his crew. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of tree service. We will definitely use them from here on out!

May 2018:They arrived at 9am as they stated they would. There were 5 of them. at 115 pm they were gone. All cleaned up. I saw reviews about them not cleaning. I had no issues. They had it all done without issues. AND THEY WERE THE MOST AFFORDABLE. And by a long shot. I had 5 companies give me bids. 12k!!! 12K was one bid. the others were 6k 7k and 8k. For 5 trees and one tree stump removal. UM NO WAY>> I will not tell you what i paid but I can assure you, it was NOWHERE NEAR 6k. I recommend this locally owned company. And the tree stump removal guy as well (Kohler stump grinding)
Aptil 2023: I recommended Dandy to a friend .. it appears the wife gave her 6 shades of issues including raising the price after the agreed price. With texts to proof the agreed price. A few choice words, threats and some yelling and hang ups by Dandy. Before this I would of said use this company. My friend asked if the wife was on drugs as she was very explosive and irate even after the texts showed the agreed price. So, I took 2 stars off. Although u had no issues my very very very close friend did. This updates review does not reflect the tree stump guy...

A driver of Dandy Tree Service rear ended me on 5/1/24 @ ~4:00pm on tyree. I pulled into the next safest driveway and expected them to pull up with me but they did not. They drove off. Excuses followed and the owner is dragging his feet on getting me his insurance information.

This is all anyone needs to know about this business.

Unfortunately for me, my neighbors used this tree trimming services this morning. They pulled their truck in my driveway without permission multiple times. When asked to leave either the first (when my girlfriend had to go to work) or the second time (when we had a delivery of our own) they damaged a portion of our driveway. When I brought the damage to the attention of one of the employees she said if we hadn’t been rushing them off they wouldn’t have damaged it. A woman eventually called their insurance company. When I asked them why they used my driveway without permission I was told by I’ll the same female employee that she was instructed by her insurance company not to speak with me anymore about the matter. When I walked over to get a picture of the companies phone number I was cussed out by the same lady that wasn’t allowed to speak to me anymore. I was also hit in the face with a bunch of wood chips which are still in my driveway. I didn’t use the service myself so I can’t speak to their tree trimming abilities but the lack of professionalism before and after they damaged my property is astounding. I would think twice before using this company for anything. Edited on 10/6/2020: it’s funny if you look at every bad review their response is that the person writing the review is at fault. They also pretend to be insulted that their fake Christian values are challenged. This company is far from reputable. The last in question has track marks all over her arms. Instead of paying for the damage they caused they say that I cussed them out. Completely not true. What is true is that caused thousands of dollars of damage to my driveway and didn’t finish the job they started at my neighbors. This is t the first time this has happened to someone and most certainly won’t be the last. Please everyone thinking of using this company think twice. There are multiple reputable options in this area. To dandy tree service if you want to reimburse me for the damage you caused I would be happy to delete any negative reviews.

These guys get the job done at a great price and aim to please their customers! You may be able to find a company to do the job exactly when you ask and be done exactly when you need but you pay double and these guys will get the job done properly! They get a lot of business because of their fair pricing and doing a good job! This can put them behind schedule at times so if you are in a big hurry and just can't wait a few days then use another service and pay a lot more!

I've referred them to over 5 others and in each case they have done me proud and made my referral happy!

I contacted Dandy Tree Services to haul away some tree limbs/stumps for me. In the beginning they were very responsive and even came out the same day for an estimate. They gave me a decent price and told me they could take care of it the next day. Next day comes and it rains. I had to contact them to ask if they would be rescheduling because of weather. They responded yes. I asked when they would be able to reschedule and they said the next day. Next day comes and I hear nothing from them. My husband and I call and text with no response. The following day, my husband calls and 2 people claim they have no idea what is going on or how to get in touch with the technician who was supposed to come out. They told us they would give us a call back. 7 hours later, no call back and I texted again with no response.
This is not how you conduct business. If they no longer wanted the work, they could have just simply cancelled. Now I am having to scramble to find a last minute replacement on this time sensitive job.

This company took my money without finishing the job. Contract was to remove a hackberry tree and two cypress stumps. Once they told me the job was done, I asked them to take the hackberry logs they had piled up and paid them. Once they left, I made my way to the back yard to discover they used the logs to hide the two foot hackberry stump they did not remove.I called them immediately.
She said that she will call me right back. She did not. I tried calling again the next morning. They did not answer. So, I began texting.She finally replied in a telling me that I was crazy and they could not remove the stump be cause it was too close to my fence. I immediately copied the texts with her confirming that the stump would be removed as per the estimate.
She angrily replied that they would they were coming back to remove the stump, now.
They did not show. The next day I texted. She said that I must be put into some sort of rotation. And that was the last time any communications has happened. I texted every morning asking when they would be coming. Silence. It has been a week.
My advice, stay clear of this company. They kept all of the money without finishing what they were contracted to do.

These guys do phenomenal work, they came in and removed roughly 21 trees quickly and conveniently around our schedule as well as removing the stumps and leaving us plenty of cut up firewood. I highly recommend them for any and all of your tree or stump removal projects.

Excellent service! Entered request for a quote. By that afternoon the owner had been to my house and I had my estimate. That was a Sunday. Job was done the following Tuesday! Great customer service!

Troy and his crew really impressed the heck out of me. They took out 6 bradford pears and 2 holly trees, all between 40 and 50 feet tall, ground the stumps, cleaned up and were gone in about 4-5 hours. There was no residual damage to my lawn, no impact craters from felling the trees, no ruts from his equipment. He provided a written quote the same day I called, and they started work two days later. I highly recommend New Horizon and they will be my first and only call if I ever need more tree work done.

Troy was very professional. He quickly responded to any call or text. When the job had to be delayed for a few days because of heavy rain, he communicated that information as soon as the weather report indicated a storm.
