I had a slow drain in my tube. I made my claim on Sunday night. They were in my home fixing the problem on Monday at 9 am. Fast, professional service. I didn't have to pay because I have to monthly services plan that covers maintenance on my home less than $30 a month that covers plumbing, sewer, heating, and cooling units.

Jerry from Hers & His Plumbing was dispatched by our home warranty company (2-10 Home Warranty) to fix a leaking garbage disposal. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took care of the issue by replacing the defective unit with a better one; we are very happy with the service Jerry provided. Should we need plumbing help in the future, we will be calling Her's & His Plumbing of Nashville first!
