You can look at my other reviews it's rare that I leave a bad review. But customer service was terrible. Man on the phone was very condicending. Almost thought it was the wrong number and had to double chec. I get it everyone has badday here and there. I hope that was what happened and he don't treat customers like that. I would go somewhere else with your business.

Raymond responded very quickly on a holiday weekend and was extremely helpful! He even took calls after the fact to answer some questions about our other plumbing problems and help us figure out what was going on. Can't recommend him enough.

I called today to have my septic tank pumped, and Ray was like I can do it this afternoon. Very impressive on the response time! He was here right when he said he was going to be and walked me through the operation of my tank. Answered all my questions and did the job quickly! 5 stars from me and will use them for all my septic needs!!

Not only were we pushed off MULTIPLE times in less than a week for scheduling a simple inspection, but Raymond called with stipulations that changed DAILY to even request a service. It became apparent that they were not capable of getting the job done and only had excuses. Poor customer service and very low quality communication. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called another Septic company (who scheduled SAME DAY!) and sure enough EVERYTHING that sunshine asked for WAS NOT NECESSARY! I suggest you call ANYONE but Sunshine Septic Cleaning..and in my opinion they should change their company name to Sh*t Storm Services because that’s what you get.

Raymond came out today to pump out our septic tank. It was no-hassle and quick. He’s a true expert in his (septic) field and furthermore, a pleasure to talk with and a wonderful man. Next time you need your tank pumped consider investing in Sunshine, a legacy business that provides excellent service in a timely manner. Thanks again, Raymond.

Raymond was amazing he came out about an hour after we called him, got our tank pumped all for a great price. He also informed us of a problem that we had no idea we had. That gave us the opportunity to fix it for thousands less than it would have cost us. We highly recommend Sunshine Septic Cleaning for any septic issues, problems or questions. We will definitely use them from now on.

For having a not so great issue, we had fantastic service from Raymond! He got to us next day after I rang (holy cow, he answered in the late afternoon on a holiday, thankfully). Made sure to put us in his schedule today, kept in touch regarding arrival and was just so pleasant on this ridiculously hot day. He not only alerted us to issues within the tank and an area of blockage outside of it, he explained how to solve said issues at as minimal cost as possible. We are thankful that this did not cause the issues it could have inside the house, but we feel blessed for crossing paths with Raymond and Sunshine Septic Cleaning as they responded well before anything became disastrous.

We had such a great experience with Raymond from Sunshine Septic. He knows it all and guided us on digging out our septic system for the first time. He also gave us all the info we need to keep in in good shape. We will only use him for septic pumping from now on, great guy.

Raymond showed right when expected. The company was very good about calling and giving us advance notice of when the tech would be here. Raymond was very informative for ways to improve our septic tank longevity in between pumps and what household items to choose as far as toilet paper and cleaners. We are very thankful for the extra effort of teaching us how to better maintain our system.
