Even though they didn't offer what I needed. They took the time to point me in the right direction.

Poor workmanship, understaffed, left a construction mess after each visit. Had to hire another company to finish the job.

call them for quote they were out within 3 days so far so good we'll see what they can do with indoor outdoor pump filter and piping and sauna pump filter stay tuned

They put me on schedule for Monday May 8th around 8am no one show up no one call so my son called them they said we will be at your home first thing in the morning we wait tell 930 am no one show up I called the lady which is the owner of the company she called her guys she told me they are at my house I said no one at my house she got mad she got so rude with me I told her I will call my wife she told me they are sitting in the truck in our drive way I called the company back I told her your guys at my house but you need to be nice and have respect to your self first and your customers she told me I don't need to open your pool I am calling my guys to leave your home I asked for a manager she said I am the owner I told her you can't do this to me I have my appointment with you for over a month it was your fault she hung up the phone in my face I never seen people the rude in my life .I am still going to contact the Better business bureau very soon

I had a burnt out pump motor on the hottest day of the summer. The repair crew came out the very next day even though it was their busiest season. Very nice and efficient.

Condescending owner told me that the reason my pool is still green after consultation with her company is because that's why poor people don't have pools. I was never told to add minerals only chlorine. This place stinks. I hope she goes broke and I hope her pool turns green with algae for the entire summer.

I have only dealt with them twice but both times has been an easy experience. I do maintenance for a property management company. Hopefully I can continue doing business with them

Uncovered the pool this year and had a green frog pond. Took a sample of water and was directed in the process of taking care of the problem. Did everything I was told to do. 2 days later we have a clear pool. Great customer service. Very friendly! Thanks guys!
