Daniels Heating and Air is top notch. They always come quickly find the problem fix it and for a reasonable price. They never try to sell you something you don’t need really appreciate that. Highly recommend Daniel’s!

Such an awesome small business. All of the employees are super nice, friendly and honest. I realize it can be a dirty business but the guys always show up with clean uniforms. They dont drag dirt in your house. Even their vehicles are clean.

Colin is a great technician. He takes pride in his work. He is very polite and I always look forward to seeing him.

Was pretty disappointed this time. My initial call was due to a greater than usual electric bill. The technician came out late that afternoon. He repaired a torn return air duct and cleaned the unit. However, our electric bill was even greater the following month. I called for another appointment and understood her to say it would be between 10:00 and 2:00 that afternoon. After a “no-call, no-show” , I called and was informed it would be the following day instead. I work third shift so I stayed up for the tech to show up that day between 10:00 and 2:00. Another “no-call, no-show”. Around 3:00 I called to see if they were still coming. She wasn’t sure where the technician was and would have to call him to see. I was tired and looking at only 3 hours of sleep before work that evening so I cancelled and went with a different company. They were here the first thing the following morning and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Our electric bill this time was considerably lower….

They were great and prompt. They did not require me to be home to do the work and they made it easy to make payment over the phone.

We will happily recommend Daniels Heating & Air to our family, friends, customers, etc. They were quick to respond. They were quick to get us on the schedule. The highlight of our experience today was a kind, professional, friendly and respectful young man Mr. Shawn Cook. We couldn’t have asked for better service and support!

I hired Daniels Heating and Air for a new HVAC install, and the experience was extremely disappointing. What should have been a one-day job turned into five days of repeated issues, miscommunication, and improper installation. I wasn’t notified when the system failed on day one, and I had to repeatedly call the office as the unit continued to cycle incorrectly, cool the house after heating, and never function properly.

Multiple technicians came out and told me the system had been wired incorrectly more than once. Parts needing replacement were not communicated to me, and even after installing another new condenser, I still had airflow issues.

Although the technicians who came to my home were kind and tried to help, the overall process was stressful and unacceptable. I even emailed the company and was told I’d get a follow-up by the next Monday — but never heard back. I unfortunately had to leave town the final day they came and am still unsure if it is working 100% the way it should.

I regret using Daniel's Heating & Air and I hope the company improves communication and installation quality moving forward.

Great Experience with Daniels Heating and Air
Our pool was recently struck by lightning, which ended up taking out the heat pump. Daniels Heating and Air was able to come out the very next day, super quick response time. While the damage was unfortunately too severe to repair, their technicians were excellent. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to walk us through exactly what had failed and why.
Even though we couldn’t get it fixed, I really appreciated their honesty and the way they handled everything. Highly recommend Daniels Heating and Air if you're looking for a company that shows up fast and knows their stuff.

Heating unit not working properly. Daniels dispatched a technician same day. Technician very patient explaining the issues ordered the replacement part and it was repaired in two days. Outstanding service.

We have been without A/C for several months. The manufacturer is world renowned but is is not universally used in the US. It is an excellent, efficient system, and I was lead to believe that this brands techs could fix it. Wrong! After contacting Daniel's Heating and Air, they found the problem quickly, and stayed with it until the problem was solved. The furnace in our new construction home was only blowing cold air. James from Daniels was here within 2 hours and fixed the situation quickly. Turns out our unit just needed a good cleaning from the construction dust and debris.
James was knowledgeable, friendly and was extremely respectful of our home and property. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 pm. He actually pulled into our driveway 10 minutes early! That never happens! From that moment on he started his semi- annual maintenance check. He covered everything efficiently and professionally. When he was done he reported that everything was good with a minor exception that a capacitor was operating less than optimal. It was still got but would probably need replacing later this year. Since later this year put that into the middle of summer, we decided to get it changed out now. When that was done, he showed us the old part performance vs. the new one. We appreciated him showing us why we made the right decision. If Neal is an example of how Daniel’s HVAC trains their technicians and holds them to that kind of standard, we are really happy we made the switch to them.

I had an issue with my new unit they installed not heating properly. I contacted TJ with Daniels Heating and Air and gave him the specifics. He was able to send a crew out the same day. The minor issue was resolved, and I have heat again. Would definitely recommend this company for 1) For their promptness and best price for a new HVAC system, 2) Their responsiveness and quick diagnosis and resolution, 3) Their customer service.

Daniels Heating &Air was extremely easy to work with. I needed a new bathroom ventilation fan/light installed for my parents in Springfield. I live in East Tennessee now but was able to discuss the install with Troy, the owner, who sent Josh to install within 24 hrs and make it happen. I also appreciated the text invoice and payment system which made everything a breeze. If I need further work done I will not hesitate to use them again!
