Low rating for failure to contact me back on an estimate for a large backyard/pool project. Very disappointing

Tired several times to give them our business.
Kept leading us on and ultimately wasted 4 weeks that could have been used to get started with a different company. Even went to the store front and tried to talk with someone else who told me
I would be getting a call the next day. Never received a call and ending up using a different company. I suggest you do the same.

Estimate was delayed but they were responsive. However, estimate was very high and it seemed too much of the estimate was to pocket a large amount. I guess that's the cost of a dependable and good installer but still I had to pass because of the insanely high cost.

Matt and Wes took great care of me when purchasing some stone and gravel for my backyard project. I will definitely be going back for my next project

We were left with a disaster after hiring a local contractor to install an inground pool that required a small retaining wall. For 18 months we looked at the unfinished cinder block retaining wall, huge hole with steel walls that would fill up with muddy water with heavy rains. We were connected with Matt through Facebook when the Chattanooga Small Business Assoc. Facebook page recommended him to complete another person’s pool that looked almost as bad as ours. I reached out to Matt and made an appointment for him to come take a look. To our surprise he and his team were willing to do a complete overhaul of the retaining wall with beautiful stacked stone featuring 2 waterfalls and travertine coping. We now have a beautiful pool, deck and a backyard to enjoy for many years. We are more than thrilled with the finished product. Great team of workers that were polite and trustworthy. They worked hard in 90+ degree temps. I can’t say enough about how highly I recommend StoneWorx! Great communication which is so important!

We had a extension put onto our house,an they was always early an even threw all the they still called an checked in an keep me informed when they was coming to continue. I absolutely love working with Stoneworx! Everyone is super friendly, extremely helpful, very professional, excellent communication, and they always do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They have major skills when it comes to beautiful pool designs, and they have wonderful prices on stone. I cannot recommend them enough!

Matt and his team saved us when two other companies promised great things regarding a new line install but those other companies failed us miserably. Matt and his team worked us in during a super busy season for them and had our new liner installed in a day and even went an extra step, painting the pool walls to prevent further rusting. Great communication as well. I highly recommend Matt and his team!

COMMUNICATION and INTEGRITY are the key words I’d use to describe this company’s overall goals. Since we had never owned a pool, we needed to trust Matt and his coordinator Sharon to guide us in the right direction on our materials and style decisions. They didn’t let us down! The site leader Wes, was so knowledgeable that we felt like we were always in good hands and could rely on his watchful eye to keep the details on track. The masonry and concrete people were TOTAL professionals and true artists. We will enjoy this home feature for MANY years to come and won’t hesitate to call on this company again for building projects in the future.

Edit: 1 year later: if you read my review previously, then you will notice a very large difference in the Star rating. It went from a 5 to a 1. Maybe a 1 1/2. I have called and emailed and called and emailed with no to little after installation support. The liner continually came loose. Their fix action was to install a 6” piece of bead lock of a totally different color than the liner bead with the promise they would get the correct size and color and do the pool. That was months ago. I have complained and threatened to sue over all the cracks in the concrete. All four corner and the handrail have cracked. Probably the worst concrete installation I have ever seen. They refuse to fix the problem. BEWARE!!!

In summary, I would NOT select this business to install a bird house much less a multi- thousand dollar project. I hope someone there takes the time to read posted reviews and has the processional integrity to man up to their problems.

My family and I are 100% satisfied on everything. It turned out better than we could’ve imagine. We have gotten compliments from so many people. During this process, everyone we dealt with was super helpful, kind, and cooperative. Shoutout to Sharon for her patience and cooperation in helping us create the perfect family hangout.
