If you want a plumber that responds promptly, shows up on time, does outstanding work and all at reasonable rates, then I highly recommend Eric at Express Plumbing. He showed up quickly to assist us with a plumbing issue, even though it was late Friday afternoon. He figured out what the issue was and didn't hesitate to get his hands dirty. We plan on having him back soon to address a few other issues before we have another crisis. Can't say enough positive....5 PLUS stars! Thanks Eric.

Awesome! Sent Eric a text & he replied shortly after. I needed help for my elderly Mother in Ooltewah. Not an emergency but he treated it as such. He went above & beyond & had her all taken care of in about an hour & a half from my initial contact with Express Plumbing. UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS!! I am so appreciative of his swift response. My mom is happy & can't wait to give her friends & neighbors his card. He will be our go to plumber from now on.
UPDATE: Today 3/28/24 a few monthas after my initial review I had to call Eric for an "emergency" job for my mom. Express is not a fast enough name for this guy. He brought out a new toilet, drained & disposed of the old one installed the new toilet... plus we had a great conversation.
Time from my call until he drove out of the driveway....maybe 2 hrs & that includes travel time! Who does that these days? This guy that's who. Seriously not worth calling anybody else.

Express Plumbing is the way to go! I called several people and they are not cheap and do poor work. Three different plumbers I had out before Eric and none of them could find the issue and repair it. As soon as I called Eric, he was able to come out quickly, find the repair, resolve it, and was very well priced for it! He is very personable too and even remembers me by name. Fun guy to talk to while being professional and knowing what he is talking about. Would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber, you won't be dissappointed!

This morning I was expecting to just get an estimate for our water line being replaced, but Eric showed up 30 minutes after our phone call and decided to replace the whole thing that day. Not only did he have all of the equipment to get it done, but he did an all around great job while explaining to us how it all works. I definitely recommend Express Plumbing!

I called Eric to see about plumbing in a new outside water faucet and told him I wasn’t in a hurry. He called me later that afternoon and stated he was on his way. Got it installed and also replaced another outside faucet that was leaking. Eric is a master plumber and definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I’m not very good with reviews. I dealt with Eric he was awesome we talked he fixed my issue then we talked before he left. He was very professional and it was very comfortable talking with him about the issue. I know a little about plumbing and he explained what my issue was and how he was going to fix it. He didn’t mind sharing his knowledge with me.

Eric from Xpress plumbing was fantastic! I had a real issue because I had a water leak and it crossed colonial pipeline. I tried a couple other plumbers without success. He was wonderful and fixed my issue and I would recommend him to anyone.
