We have used this company on our primary residence as well as referred out to many of our customers. Aidan does a great job and has great work ethic. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Malm’s Exterior Cleaning. Aiden was prompt in his responses and communication. His work cleaning, repairing the gutters was excellent. He goes the extra mile to finish the project.

I cannot say enough good things about Malm’s Exterior Cleaning. My house windows really needed to be cleaned due to the dust and dirt from home construction in our new development. I had them cleaned inside and outside, and they look wonderful. I also appreciate the communication and the courteous service. I will have Malm’s Cleaning Service back to clean my windows!

I can’t say enough about how the experience was. So professional and my home looks amazing.

Aiden is great! He does a thorough job, communicates clearly, arrives promptly, and is fairly priced. Can’t recommend his company enough!

Aidan does an exceptional job! He is very reliable. He does a recurring job for me, I never have to remind him or ask if he will be there.

Working with Aiden was great. After moving in, this spring we discovered our gutters were in desperate need of a cleaning. Aiden gave a fair price, convenient booking time, communication was great, showed up on time, did a great job, and left the property neater than when he arrived. I’d highly recommend him!

Excellent work! We highly recommend Aiden He is great to work with. He and his company have completed 2 jobs for our association and we are completely happy with his expertise. We are so satisfied that we are going to hire him again and again.

Aiden did a great job! Very polite, introduced himself, asked a few questions about any concerns i had, then got to work. Very quick response time with quote and scheduled next day cleaning of my gutters. Aiden cleaned up and took all the mess with him. I will definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to friends and coworkers!

Aidan arrived on time and systematically washed the outside windows with his non-streaking stream. He cleaned difficult to access windows and even knew how to attach one disconnected window spring. Our view is even better through this clean glass. We would definitely use him again.

Aiden came over today to clean the gutters on my house as well as my sister's next door. He took off gutter guards, cleaned the gutters then put them back on. He blew off the roofs and cleaned up on the ground and deck. My sister and I were both very happy and he will be our go to guy for future cleanings. He was very personable. Highly recommended.

Aiden Malms cleaned all the windows of my parents’ home & did an excellent job! He was prompt, professional, communicated well, & performed the job fully to their satisfaction. His services were reasonably priced, & they will definitely use him again! Highly recommended!!

Great job cleaning our windows. This is the best they have ever looked. Aiden went above and beyond his cleaning job to satisfy. I highly recommend Aiden his company for cleaning windows

Aidan got us scheduled for a gutter cleaning right away, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. He shared before/after pictures upon completion. 10/10 recommend.

We recently used Malm's Exterior Cleaning to clean our windows and Aidan did a great job. Our home has a number of two and three story windows and Aidan was up for the challenge. He was friendly, polite, on time and very patient with our puppy who followed him around and made window smudges right after he cleaned the indoor windows. Several weeks later, I still find myself staring at my sparkling clean windows. Aidan responded quickly when we requested a quote and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to do window cleaning.

What a great experience! I received a quote immediately and Aiden came within 24 hours. He was super professional and did a great job cleaning our gutters and, when he left, even our decks were cleaner than when he arrive! He also quicky provided the liability insurance certificate.

I highly recommend and have already lined him up for window cleaning.

Aiden was a very personable young man to do business with. He listened to what we wanted and also offered suggestions. He did a very thorough job inside and outside our windows, cleaning the window frames and sills and tracks. My husband said he never saw anyone scrub the windows so thoroughly by hand before. We were very pleased with his services. My windows sparkle, it’s like seeing a whole new world through my windows now! We are on his schedule for routine cleanings. Make an appointment, you will be glad you did!

I have used Malm’s three times so far and am super impressed with the quality of work and service. He cleaned my gutters with a quick 24 hour response and did a great job at a fair price. He also returned to do some roof repairs. Again, prompt and efficient. Today he cleaned my windows inside and out and I simply can not believe the difference. My husband and I are joking about walking through the french door glass it is so clean. I highly recommend Malm’s for any project if you are looking for quality work, a great price, a dependable company and positive experience. I am already coordinating another project. Call Aidan, you will be so glad you did! Three great experiences so far and looking forward to the next!

I recently hired Aidan for window cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service! From start to finish, Aidan was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He cleaned every window inside and out, paying attention to the smallest details. My windows have never looked so crystal clear! Aidan was friendly, respectful of my property, and completed the job in a timely manner. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Aidan to anyone in need of window cleaning – I will definitely be using him again!

Aidan Malm is an excellent worker/business man! His company is insured, which is important to me. He is professional, respectful, and kind. He completely rebuilt a deck on my home. Aidan is a perfectionist and is very knowledgeable and skilled. Aidan kept in contact each day as to his comings and goings, and communicated a daily plan of what his goal was for each day. He will be working for me again in the near future. I highly recommend Aidan Malm for home repairs and cleaning needs. Donna Gunyon

Aidan did a superior job staining our deck and steps, painting the perimeter of deck and stair railing. I highly recommend him for all your deck needs! He is also very professional, courteous, punctual and conscientious. 😊
