You should be able to select zero stars for places like this. Tucker Appliance was subcontracted by Lowes to service our washing machine under warranty. The original claim was submitted in December, and the technician first came out in January to troubleshoot the issue. However no repairs were completed at that time. After that visit, there was no follow up until march, when the technician but stated that he was unable to access my driveway to complete the repair. This was despite my willingness to assist in any way necessary to ensure he could reach the property. This is the same technician that made it up the driveway just fine the first time without complaints. During the phone conversation the technician informed me that the company owner would contact me directly. I never received any follow-up communication. My subsequent calls and text to where ignored by this technician. After waiting without any response, I contacted the repair company again, only to discover the service ticket was closed out by them. I was told that the owner had the authority to approve a return visit, and that no further service would be provided. We were never informed about any of this, even though the person on the phone said that I was informed, this was false. I was forced to reopen the claim and contacted Lowes to have them assign another service company. Lowe's was under the impression that the warranty repairs where completed by this company, and it appears that the company had already been compensated for the work that was never completed. The representative was even confused as to why this was closed out.
At no point were we notified that the ticket had been closed, nor where we given any explanation for the lack of service. This lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is extremely concerning. It has now been approximately three months without a functioning washing machine, despite the issue being covered under warranty and initially reported in a timely manner. This company is very unprofessional and doesn't seem care bout their customers or their quality of workmanship or reputation. Stay away from this company! -

I filed a claim through Lowe's warranty on 1/29/26. I provided error codes and talked to a rep from Tucker on 2/2/26. She asked me to take a photo the label in dishwasher so they could order the right parts. I sent the photo and made an appointment for 2/13/26 (took off work). On 2/13/26, Tucker left me a message reminding me to "get on the books" for a repair. I called and told them I had an appt that day. They sent someone out who ONLY TOOK A PHOTO OF THE LABEL and left. Rescheduled appt for 3/23/26 (again, took off work). Tech shows up and tells me, "Um, I just opened the box and the part is broken. We'll have to come back." No you don't. Reported incompetence to Lowe's. I'm done with Tucker.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Tucker Appliances through my warranty company and want to warn others. This nightmare started on January 7, 2026, when the warranty company scheduled Tucker to assess and repair my washer, which is only two years old. They no-showed every single appointment that was made by the warranty company, and when they finally scheduled a visit, it was two weeks out. Then they canceled that appointment and pushed it another two weeks.
They finally came out on March 2, and during the assessment, their tech lifted my washer, got it stuck on the drain pan, and broke the pan. Thankfully, my nephew was visiting and had to help the tech get the washer unstuck. After 57 days of water leaking onto my floor and having to mop, we had to purchase the new drain pan.
It took until April 28 for them to come back to actually work on the washer, and the situation went from bad to worse. They completely broke the washer. They didn’t have all the parts to finish the job, so they stated they would need to come back. Within 30 minutes of them leaving, I realized the washer was unusable and leaking lots of water. I called immediately, sent videos and pictures, and they did not sent the techs back. They stopped answering calls and texts.
This company is extremely hard to reach, and when you do reach them, they always have an excuse for delays. Beware—do not use Tucker Appliances!
