Ben Bohl and his team were very professional, courtesy and friendly. He explained how they would repair the chimney prior to beginning their work. The quality of their work is exceptional. They were very efficient with no mess. I was impressed with the knowledge they brought to repairing my chimney and would recommend them to others.
Trey Hill, the Sales consultant who made the initial inspection, did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and brings many years of experience. Trey is highly professional and provided a very detailed inspection. His report was detailed in his findings and documented to his issues and concerns with my chimney. His repair plan provided me with several options. Trey was very good with answering all questions and providing me a better understanding to the issues. I do recommend Trey Hill to others in need of his expertise and the services provided by Chim Chimney. -

Trey Hill was an excellent technician today during my chimney cleaning and inspection. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I had. Absolutely no questions were left unanswered, and the visible changes in the chimney sweep were noticeable via the pictures and the camera that he used. He kept the areas clean. I highly recommend him from Chim Chimney.
