They're a no call; no show. I called them 45 minutes AFTER their 2 hour appointment window. To get excuses, "we're not done with the work before you"; "we'll need to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday" (today is Friday and I have water pouring out of the ceiling). When I asked if that's what I can expect for the way they do business; I was hung up on.
Yes, I'm angry. Yes, I've altered my entire day to wait around for these people. There's wasn't even an apology for inconvenience just a bunch of excuses on their poor communication and poor time management.
