Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Logan. He promised us a certain number for the repairs to our unit and then after the job was done it was nearly double the price quoted. He was unwilling to negotiate with us and gave us no heads up. Will be using others in the future! Would recommend locking in a quote if you can with this guy or else he’ll bid low and charge high :(

Logan was very prompt in coming to look at my unit when I called. He figured out the problem very quickly, and ordered the part I needed right then. He installed it as soon as the part came in, and checked to make sure it was working properly before he left. He was very responsive to any questions I had and very professional. Prompt, professional, great value, and great work! I will definitely call him again if needed.
