Electrical reviews in Hixson, Tennessee

Tried calling this place and got a Chinese restaurant in hixson lol

Very fast response time, professional, affordable, and got the job done right the first time!

So far so good, they are repairing electrical at my rental units.

Work done right the first time, at a good price. We'll be using SC Electric for all our electrical work from now on!

SC completed work on one of my rental properties and got it running the right way. I will definitely use them again

Incredible customer service. Came through after hours when noone else wanted to, because the job wasn't big enough. SC Electric understood the importance of not having power, even for one night, and came out immediately to solve our problem. I can't say enough good things about this company. Tyty!!

USE SC Electric!!!!! 1) Seth contacted me EVERY week, until my project began - he is SO personable; you'll have a new friend 2) Employees are outstanding, simply incredible work 3) Seth personally assembled and attached every crystal of my kitchen chandelier right along beside me! Incredible company, amazing staff who shows up, stays in touch, and has fair pricing for their crazy good work! Colleen Colton

Poor communication is what I had experienced from Mr. Johnson. I had asked for a simple quote, and he never got back to me. With his business being somewhat 'new' idk how he plans to progress in the future if he is going to handle himself unprofessionally like so. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to contact Mr. Johnson if you're in need of electrical work.

I have hired shine the light electric several times. Mike is honest and runs Christian based company that does great work. Look forward to working with themm in the future.
Thanks Mike!

Mike has worked with our business for over a year now. He is our primary electrician. He delivers excellent work , offers easy communication and is time sensitive with all our jobs! We are very thankful we found
Shine The Light Electric !

We’ve had a hard time finding an electrician in Chattanooga. I cannot say enough good things about Alfa Electric. The team is highly skilled, incredibly professional, and the quality of their work is top-notch. If you need an expert electrician for any sized job at your home, give them a call. Support your local Chattanooga businesses!

They are very professional

Very responsive, prompt service

When doing the electric for my home build in Knoxville not everything was working in my house. Stove wasn’t hooked up, doorbell didn’t ring or work at all. My daughter’s ceiling fan not mounted to ceiling so self balancing fan was clacking. An outdoor outlet keeps flipping a breaker switch on the fuse box. He came out to fix doorbell but other things still are having issues. One of my daughters led ceiling lights doesn’t have the filter over it. After he came back out the first time he complained about having to come to Knoxville and he won’t answer my calls or return my messages. If he didn’t want a Knoxville job then why did he do it in the first place?

These guys are amazing! Finished my problem job in an hour and left the house better than it was! They found outlets and wires hidden behind drywall and did miracles! I will always use these guys!!

I have used Alfa Electric multiple times in different homes for different reasons! I’ve used them for electrical repairs in order to pass selling inspection, full electrical installation of a new build, and to repair small electrical issues! They’re efficient and professional, prompt with responses and scheduling, and I’ve never been disappointed! Would highly recommend to anyone whether for a small job or large!
