The Outdoor Inc. Team is so professional and efficient they bring a team, the do the work, all of it, and they clean up after themselves. Bart is easy to get in touch with and helps out when I need extra service or need to make charges to our services. I can't say enough good things about them. They make any property look great.

The team members of Outdoor, Inc. are the best! We have tasked them with the job of helping us get control of our yard again. Our job is a step by step process, not a “do it all at one time”, yet they have given us the courtesy of working patiently & respectfully with us while we take baby steps. We’ve been with Outdoor, Inc. for a few seasons and have had a wonderful experience. They have helped us address multiple long-standing issues (drainage problems, erosion, soil problems, moss, poorly placed plants) with great success. They are responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. I manage a large estate and their communication with me is exceptional. They address questions and concerns immediately, provide a plan, pricing, and an accurate timeline. I’ve dealt with companies before who nod and agree and say whatever is necessary to keep the customer happy in the moment. Carter and Bart are very open and honest when managing expectations and when I am provided a plan and timeline they live up to it. I am very cautious in who I recommend, but I happily recommend them to anyone who asks

Very quick response to our request. Always on time. High quality work. Cleaned up every day before they left. They really know how to make the yard look great! Chris came on his weekend off to complete some work even though we told him it was fine to wait for Monday or Tuesday. We will use them again for future projects!

I needed some landscaping work done and had contacted three different companies including Outdoor. Of the three, Outdoor not only responded quickly, but they were professional, courteous, and reasonable. Chris came out and we discussed what was needed. He was friendly and professional and made the process quick and easy. What surprised me was the text message I got later that night to check on me as the local news had reported a safety issue in my neighborhood; I wasn’t even a customer yet, but he reached out anyway. I was already going to hire Outdoor, but that level of customer care was above and beyond my expectations. The work was even completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule and it looks great. Can’t recommend Outdoor highly enough.

If you want quality work this is the go to company. The workers came and worked very hard. They did not finish the job until we were satisfied with every aspect. On the last day of the job Doug from the company made sure everything met his company’s quality standards and our requirements.

BART responded quickly to my request for a quote. At my request, he actually divided the job into two parts with separate quotes and a total. The numbers seemed very fair, and he went to work scheduling our job. Within a few days his men showed up on a very cold morning. We reviewed what we wanted done, and they took it from there. By 3-4 o’clock they had completed the work to our satisfaction and cleaned up all their trimmings.

Upon referral from a family member, we contracted with Outdoor, Inc. to provide landscaping for our backyard. We are so glad that we did! They transformed our bare bones, brand new, boring backyard into a beautiful, well thought-out bird friendly little oasis. In the fall, we are going to have them put in a dry stream bed in a swale area of the yard, which will make it even better! Not only was the work amazingly well done, but they were so quick! Their whole team is professional, responsive, and understanding.

I haven't had much luck with landscapers; hiring friends and other companies. However, Bart Dennis and the Outdoor Inc crew have been nothing short of amazing. I appreciate him being available when I have a small question or large issue. My yard and beds have never looked this good. Solid company with great communication. Our initial meeting with Doug was great, he had valuable input on our backyard work. They communicated well, and Matt, their lead man, was really good about explaining what they were doing, and the crew was super efficient.
