We’ve been using Action Air for 3 years now and I can’t tell you how happy we are with their wonderful service. Matt came out today for our biannual service and yesterday to my daughters new house for an initial inspection, and both times he was very polite, courteous and very professional. Just a really nice guy! I would highly recommend Action Air!

We have been customers of Action Air (previously Service Heat & Air) for over 15 years. We’ve always found their techs to be professional and personable, and have never had a problem getting an appointment in a reasonable time frame. We have older units and trust Action Air to keep us up and running for as long as possible. We had a service today and before Matt left he asked if we had carbon monoxide detectors. We said we did, but that they were years old. He urged us to get new ones and stated that with older furnaces that’s especially important. So we’ll pick up a couple this weekend. Like I said, their techs are professional, but also personable. We felt like Matt actually cared about his job and his customers. Thanks, Action Air.

I called today with an emergent issue and Action Air responded within the hour. My technician was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I received excellent service for a great price. I recommend Action Air to anyone!
