Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and knowledgeable. Today, most times, that is rare. In my experience, it has been hard to trust repairmen. They prey on a woman's ignorance of repair problems and charge extra. I felt at complete ease with this company's employees and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for your help and honesty.

This place was very helpful when my camper messed up on the 4th of July. I had several questions and they were always there to help me. They were able to find my parts I need quickly and get me going. Very friendly staff, great selection of parts. I will definitely come back here again to get my parts. Their selection was also larger than most other tv centers.

We have used Northgate for three RV repair issues and found them to be very competent. Sales and service people are considerate and knowledgeable, able to provide good advice even when they could easily have made a profit from my ignorance. I highly recommend these guys for any RV needs. They are a cut above the usual RV service providers in the area.

Awesome folks!! They get it done when they say they will. No lip service, no excuses, no waiting 3 months of not using our RV. We won't take our RV anywhere else for service again.

I’ve taken my rv to Northgate twice in the past six months and both times I was extremely pleased. The first time I thought I had a propane leak as the red light was on in the sensor. I had tried to replace the sensor myself, and the wire fell behind the wall and I could not get to it. They did a thorough check and replace the sensor. Assuring me that there was no leak but perhaps a pressure release. This was a last minute visit and they got me on my way.
On my recent visit I thought I had a plugged nozzle in my black tank which they determined wasn’t plugged and I also had them evaluate slide out awning. They said the slide out awning couldn’t be worked on due to a broken spring that is no longer available and that it was still working, and I could hold off on replacing it.
In both cases the work was done within the one hour minimum shop fee. I felt this was very reasonable.
I need to replace my rubber slide seals once I get a quote from them and I am very comfortable having them do this based on my previous experiences with them.

I live 11 mins from this store. I have had fine interactions with this store but after multiple poor experiences I have to leave a 2/5 review. I've been in to order parts and left having been told that they would call me with options - but then they never called. I called in and had to start the whole interaction over from the start. A gas valve went out recently and their option was $200 (I found the same one online for 1/4 the price). Their selections are pretty paltry and overpriced. If you are on the road and need help and don't have any other options (which makes you less price sensitive) - they are likely a fit. Otherwise pass.

After trying other Chattanooga area RV service companies I’ve been so happy with Northgate. Their service department is off the charts. They go beyond customer expectations by providing timely communication and reasonable rates. I recommend Northgate to all my friends and neighbors with RVs. Thank you for great service!

Your 1 stop shop for all your Recreational Vehicle and Modular home needs. If they don't have it or the parts are not in stock they'll order it and have it quick. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable on multiple subjects and always ready to help.

Not knocking the service but I was suggested to buy a high end camper lock and it lasted a week. Supposedly all metal. Not saying they don’t do good work. But the camper door lock brands are junk

The people at Northgate Parts are awesome! I want to say thank you to Dave and his team of professionals! He went out of his way to make sure my I was taken care of, even 5 years after the initial sale of our new air conditioner.

Changed the oil in my Atlas. Fair price for hiw its setup.. checked other fluids fir me too. :)

Love this place!! They are so helpful! Excellent service with us newbies past few years of being new riders. Absolutely 💯 customers friendly n patience with us. At times a bit pricey... but, we get it with what we want with our rv! I'd recommend anytime. Better prices than camp world.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned and called Ductz. The 2 guys who showed up were very polite and professional. They were also on schedule. They fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I would call Ductz again.
