Plumbing reviews in Hixson, Tennessee

Southern Hospitality Plumbing is the real deal. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, went over my options and made the repairs that were discussed. After the job was completed, he cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the job before he collected our payment. All this was with a kind heart and a smile on his face. We will not have anyone else for any future jobs we might have. We will definitely tell all our family and friends about this honest and professional company. Make sure you call Garrett, you won’t be disappointed.

Owner was most pleasant and meet all of my plumbing concerns... very professional

Very honest and trustworthy. Fair prices and dependable.

Awesome service and will stay until the job is done.

Used this place a a couple of years ago and it was a horrible experience
Would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

He did excellent work and even stayed late to make sure he had everything fixed.

Did a job for me a year ago..had to come back and fix..when I called him this time..he said he would come out and fix the problem and leave me a bill because of the odd hours my husband and I work..he did this the first time no issues..well he came to my house yesterday unannounced..I tried to get to him when he was in his car in the driveway ..he drove off and then would not answer his phone .I called him several times and texted him no response..my husband finally gets in touch with him today..he basically told my husband he would pass on the job..I could have this taken care of already..I don't recommend.

Very knowledgeable gentlemen. Enjoyed the conversation while he fixed my issue. Would recommend all day, everyday. Great work and not expensive at all.

Puddles Plumbing is great! I used them to install a water line to my shop for a ice machine, sink, and outdoor water spicket. A few weeks later a hot water heater. Great local business!

I have used Puddles plumbing several times for different plumbing needs. He made a special trip out at 8:00 at night when my hot water heater burst. I did not have a shutoff valve. He fixed it so I could use my cold water until he installed the new water heater the next day. He is very fair and affordable . Loves what he does , great guy! Puddles plumbing is my "go to"

Best most honest and dependable plumbers! Very knowledgeable and honest. If you are lucky enough to get his wife, it’s your luckiest day!! AND she is beautiful!!!! John is awesome 😎

Very experienced plumbers. Mr. Puddles came in him, his wife and a friend they ran the new tubing through our basement to replace the original rusted water pipelines throughout our home built in the 1950s. They also ran new pipe from the water cutoff at the street inside to our home. The water pressure is fantastic now! Puddles has reasonable pricing with a 20 year warranty on new rubber piping. A+ and I highly recommend Puddles plumbing!!!!!!! MADE In AMERICA woooooooo!!!!!!!!

Josh replaced a hot water heater in my grandparent’s house and it works perfectly, five star plumbing!
