Honest and fair.

Good service from what I gather, but couldn't get a call back in a timely manner and when i did they were too overbooked 1+ weeks wait time. Other than that, I assume if they are that busy they may be understaffed, or business is good. Either way, I haven't heard anything negative about PVH&A.

Fast and friendly people! Called and came out the same day and was shooting for the next week! Mine was an easy fix so very thankful!!

Once again PVH&A came to the rescue. Extremely hot day, A/C stopped cooling. Tammie contacted me shortly after I called for service. She kept me in the loop as the day progressed. Trevor arrived, diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs and even addressed another issue while he was at our home. This outfit has rescued us several times and it all started with a new HVAC installation about 6 years ago. Everything has been top notch ever since. This is THE best HVAC outfit I have ever done business with. I recommend them highly.

These people are amazing! So polite and they try so hard. The technicians are gems of manners and care for you home. I called and they were able to get a person here in about and hour.

WOW! My home's air conditioning stopped working. I called them the next morning and they thought they could be out within 24 hours. They called me back later the same day and came out to see what was going on. Diagnostics and fixed within 30 minutes. They also said my old unit looked good and didn't try to sell me a new one. Plus, they offered advice on another fix. They left and we had A.C.! Invoice was mailed to me and it was super reasonable. They are my go-to company now.

I have been a customer since 2005, or 20 years! Needless to say we believe that Powell Valley Heating & Air are an excellent service provider. They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable . They also communicate well through problems big and small which is always reassuring. Their honesty is beyond reproach- over 20 years I have not once believed I was being over charged. That’s down to their open communication and honest evaluation of every repair or replacement, or additional AC needs. Was recommended Ridge by another business that does our flooring after HEP took one look and quoted us $5000. After Darryl came out he had it up and running in 30 minutes and the final bill was less than $200. Very polite, courteous, fair and honest. Definitely our go to from now on!

We bought a home 4 years ago to rehab it. It was built in 1935 and had been partially refurbished several times. Last summer (2024) our air quit in the hottest part of summer. We decided to talk to Ridge Heating and Air Conditioning. Codey came out and found that our furnace was going to have to be replaced too because it was very old and not compatible with any of today’s systems. We were not able to afford that at that point so we rode out winter and made it through. Then this past summer we had to do something. Codey worked with us and he and Daryl installed the new units in a very difficult crawl space. The price was very fair, the work was done well and they cleaned up everything. I could not recommend them more! They know what they are doing and they stand by the work.

Ridge worked well with us scheduling our repair. They coordinated quickly with insurance to determine any coverage, replaced the furnace and air conditioner efficiently, quickly, and cleanly. They charged reasonably, and are fair in payment expectations. Overall, we are exceptionally satisfied with Ridge Heating & Air Conditioning in every aspect and recommend them highly.

Called Matt on a Sunday and he came out and was very nice and informative. Came back a few days later and repaired our unit. He called us several times to check on us. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend him.

Wow! What a great experience I had with the owner. He came the same day when he said he would and efficiently found the problem and then the solution. He was so polite to talk to and kept updating me throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Matt is an amazing individual and has such a kind soul! We were in a jam with our A/C unit and Matt came in and knew exactly what we needed and got the parts ordered. A week later and our new unit is in. He is a straight forward and honest person! If you need help call Matt! Thank you Matt for everything!

Called him at 7am and when I told him my issue he immediately found time for me and came to fix my unit. Was honest and fair with pricing and had my heat back on in no time. Would recommend to anyone looking for honest respectful business

Heating emergency on the coldest day of the year, on a national holiday. Came within the hour in spite of bad roads. Evaluated problem quickly and presented options to include us replacing bad panel breaker and see where we were . We did and that fixed problem. We will be using Matt and company in the future.
