Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair

Giving five stars because the team that did the installation (shout out Nick and team) were thorough and great at explaining. The initially recommended system did not address all of our issues and it was a frustrating process to get back on the schedule; however, we were able to get moved up due to a cancellation. The adjustments they made seem to have resolved our issues and the work was well done. Two recommendations to future customers: 1) Make sure with your initial evaluation you are very clear where problem areas are so you can get the most specific solution possible. 2) Communicate follow-up issues with your project manager who was on site. They have the best understanding of what's going on and it is more streamlined than trying to go back through customer service. Overall, I have to go 5 stars because the install team was excellent and they were willing to go the extra mile to extend the system to cover all the leak points.

The crew that carried out the construction on my project; Joshua, Isaiah, and Cristian were really outstanding. The work they performed was professional and quick. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank you to these guys and your staff at the office. If these are the caliber of employees you retain it is no wonder you've been in business so long. I had Frontier lift and repair an old concrete pad behind my house that had settled, causing water to enter my crawl space. I cannot say enough good things about this company. James came out to assess the site and was very communicative and timely. He took his time explaining the repair process and different options, and I felt very well informed making my choice in level of repair. The scheduling department was also very communicative and made several offers to move up my previously scheduled repair, which I appreciated. On day of repair, Michael and Tyler explained the process once again, were very respectful of the property and left the space looking fantastic. The repair went well, and the pad now sheds water away from the house and cracks were sealed well. I would hire this company again without hesitation!
