Ryan took care of our situation (moving an LP gas line and attaching it to our new range, also had him change out burners from natural gas to LP). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.

Unless you're mad at your money Ryan with R.E. is the only plumbing EXPERT you'll ever need. Ryan took care of our plumbing problems with just a quick glance instead of another business that just kind of just scratched his head and said, I'll have to take this wall down, and run new pipes over there I think. Long version:

QUALITY OF WORK: Excellent.

I've had R.E. Plumbing come out for two separate jobs. The first time was to replace my fixture on the kitchen sink and change out some pipes, fixing a leak in the process. That was a few years ago, and it's still doing great.

Second time was when my washer drain was leaking into my floor. Ryan found the leak, replaced the pipe, and sealed everything up in about two hours. I started running the washer again and I can clearly see there's no more leaking.

COST: After looking at what other plumbers have charged me in the past, I have to say I've been treated very fairly by Ryan each time. He's more than fair with his prices.

TIMELINESS: Ryan has either been on time or slightly early for both appointments. He comes when he says he'll come.

ATTITUDE: He's polite, friendly, informative concerning your situation, and defers to you as the homeowner. What I mean by that is he's not going to talk to you like you're stupid. I don't know about you, but I value this. I wish more people in the home repair business did that.

CONCLUSION: He's the only plumber I use now. The only downside might be that he's in demand, so you'll be waiting a few days for him to come by. But the quality of his work is absolutely worth it.

Used him several times and what I know is this: he won't recommend something you don't need just so he can make money off you. I have a 75 year old home and many contractors will try to upsell me, but not Ryan. He always explains my options to me and his pricing is VERY fair. I've used him for large and small issues, and even had him upgrade me to a tankless water heater, which works FABULOUSLY. And bonus: he's friendly AND trustworthy. I'll never use anyone else!

It was a pleasure working with Ryan. I just bought a home that needed old plumbing lines replaced. He came out and did a full inspection and clearly explained to me what needed to be done.
