Updated review: Berny is great, thorough about reviewing best options for the client/customer. He was timely the 2nd day an appointment was set. There was an office communications system breakdown about following up with me properly when he was held up on another job the 1st day and couldn’t make it, which was frustrating. But we discussed what happened together, and I am glad that I gave him a 2nd chance. We all deserve some grace.

Your search is over! It’s a great feeling knowing i have an appliance repair person that I can depend on. First of all, he does his homework before he arrives; diagnostic skills superb, bringing with him parts to not delay the fix. Respectful, courteous, and efficient are words to accurately describe the service I receive. Though he is very efficient, he is not rushed to do a partial fix to move on to next customer. He comes to fix it, which may delay my appointment but at the end of the day the work is VERY well done. In addition, super smart technician, Bernardo, naturally thinks outside the box as he trouble shoots the problem, which saves me money! The cherry on top is I have received education regarding my appliances; new concept for me. How to extend the life and improve machine function saving me money, no doubt. After the transactions, I always feel the price is honest and fair. I’ll say it again, stop looking and give them a call.
