John Gerald - Gentleman did a quality and prompt installation of our new Bosch Dishwasher. They were very helpful with showing me the controls and features. Much appreciated and highly recommend working with Friedman’s !

We had a wonderful experience with Friedman’s Appliances Knoxville. We stopped in to see about getting a new dishwasher. All of the representatives were busy, so Gena was kind enough to help us. We ended up picking out a dishwasher and cooktop. Gena handed us over to Josh (who was available by then). Josh had actually helped us buy a Speed Queen washer and dryer set, which we love. We were then able to secure delivery in 2 days. The installing crew, John and Gerald, were great. The removal and installation were quick. We will definitely go back to Friedman’s. Thank you

Matt and John did a wonderful job installing our new Bosch 800 Series refrigerator. Very thankful to have great guys who took pride in our home and our new refrigerator. On getting it installed the proper way and showing us how to use it, do's and don'ts, thank you very much, Scott Pick
