Hired Cara's team at OYSK3 for a very difficult project and they were able to get a off the rails, stalled out project back on track and permitted. Their professionalism and the relationships with the JHA got us across the permitting finish line and we have an impeccably detailed set of plans to boot which will make managing construction easy.

Jonah, was phenomenal. Building a custom lake house. Very patient with all requested changes as well as looking out for ways to maximize improvements with the original house plans. Would highly recommend Jonah and Oysk3architects for all residential constructions plans.

Jonah and Katie did a fantastic job designing our house. Jonah took our initial ideas and turned them into something amazing. Communication was excellent throughout, both listening and pushing back when appropriate, which is what we wanted - ultimately arriving at something better than we imagined. Our builder has said the design package is probably the best they've seen.
Highly recommended, with no reservations whatsoever.
