I love my design! They were great to work with & Gus totally got my vision & have us a professional product we are excited to get going on! Easy to work with & happy to help even after the drawings were rendered! Highly recommend!

Gus and the team from Stephen Davis took our vision on our lake home addition to the next level! The design and results they produced were exceptional. The time and detail was perfect. Very meticulous - I would recommend them to anyone building or adding to a home.

We have built homes before, but our experience at Stephen Davis Home Designs was absolutely wonderful. Stephen Davis’s team led by Gus Carodine, III listened to everything that we wanted in our forever home and the communication continued throughout the whole building process. Anytime we had questions or needed input Gus responded promptly, efficiently and helped tremendously. Stephen and team designed an amazing home perfectly placed on our lot and Gus went over every detail to make it come to life on paper. We could not have asked for a better team to make this most important investment and dream to come to fruition. I also cannot finish this recommendation without mentioning how kind and caring everyone was throughout this process. Gus really made us feel like we were part of a family project. A big heartfelt thank you to the Stephen Davis Home Design team! Brad and Elaina Koch
