Travis was great, came inspected A/C unit explained and showed me what was wrong ,giving me options, had our unit back up and running in a couple hours, He was very professional and respectful, will be using their services in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I've used 865HVAC in the past for HVAC services, but contacted them to get a second opinion on a plumbing job that I was quoted $30,000.
Evan and Austin were very prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to find a solution for 80% less then the original quote from the first company.
They serviced the repair in one day and cleaned well after themselves.
If you're looking for quality work, professional service, and a peace of mind, 865HVAC is the one.

J.R. with 865 HVAC was awesome to work with. He came out quickly when I called last Thursday needing a quote on a new unit. I received an estimate and he answered all my questions within a couple hours. Their price was very competitive and I liked that they offered a 2 year labor warranty where most companies only offer 1 year. We signed the contract and the install was done Monday morning. They would have done it Saturday afternoon but part of our install was in an attic and it would have been too hot to work up there in the afternoon. They arrived promptly to do the job and left everything neat and tidy. The AC was working great when they left. Hoping for many years of worry free cooling. Will be calling 865 HVAC for our regular service to keep our unit in tip top shape. Definitely would recommend them.
April 2023 - Caleb was out to clean and service both mine and my son’s AC systems. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. When one of our units required some additional preventative maintenance he showed me all the readings on his equipment to explain why the repair should be done and how it would likely extend the life of the entire unit. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Caleb!
October 2023 - Dakota was out to do the fall cleaning and servicing on our 12 year old units last Friday. He quickly found a broken sensor that allows the heat to kick on. He ordered our part and came back the next business day to install it for us just in time as temperatures were starting to drop and we needed our heat. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very polite and professional. So far everyone we have encountered from 865-HVAC has been awesome to work with. Highly recommend this company.
