Update as of 11/7/2024:
Since fixing our refrigerant line early this summer, we started using Aire Care to maintain our units. As signed up customers they were available to get to us within 24 hours of our other unit not cooling.
DJ and Ethan showed up after hours, located the problem ( a capacitor), replaced it and got us working again super fast. They were professional and efficient. I was impressed with their work ethic as they had already put in 11-12 hours at least when they arrived.
As part as their maintenance care plan, Aire Care waived the service call fee and charged only for the part and labor, and I know they will be quick and response if something else arises.
Thanks again to Aire Care and their hardworking, caring, and professional employees. Shout out to Kendra as well she kept me in the loop and updated on arrival time.

We had to replace 6 lbs of Freon over 13 months in one unit. We had 2 different HVAC companies look at our units and just top them off. ( Pioneer and A1 Finchum).
When our unit started having issues in less than 3 months after the last HVAC serviced it, we called Aire Care.
Logan, Bryan, and Austin were awesome.
Logan searched for the issue for 2 hours and found it. Bryan and Austin came out and replaced our refrigerant line at a very reasonable cost and allowed us time to paint the molding to hide the new line before install.
It turned out awesome and now we will look to them for our regular 6 month maintenance.
