I chose Cook's randomly the first time I ran into a problem after buying my home back in 2009. I was pleased with them then, and every time I have needed their help since then. Then are as fast as one could hope for, honest, fair, and have saved me money with good advice at no charge over the telephone several times. I just had a new HVAC unit installed by them, and was impressed by how quickly they got to me in this cold weather, and how clean they left my yard when they were finished as compared to many other contractors. This is a good family-owned business who treats their customers right.

This is the second time we’ve used Cook’s Comfort because we met John Goosie, one of their field technicians, whom we requested for our first call. He was great! Professional, knowledgeable, speedy and they were reasonably priced! Rob Cook came to our home the second, most recent, visit. He came donning his COVID-19 mask and was also very professional. We’ve had great success with Cook’s comfort, would use them again and would definitely recommend them!!
