I had issue with my heat and air unit decide to call Premier service group. They came out first time to my location to check what’s going on. For first visit they charge me $115 just to read the code of my unit and then they schedule second visit to bring some parts to change on my unit. My unit is three years old, and all parts are under warranty. Second time they came out bring two parts. One part they brought was already damaged and not working and they spent about 30 minutes to replace that part till they figure out the part is not working well they put that part back in a truck. He changed second part and then sit in his truck for another hour and a half to check and see how unit works.Well that time I paid $330 all together they came twice charged me over $450 and have not fixed my unit. I called company third time and explain unit is not fixed. I have the same problem and they charge me over $450. I asked him can you fix my unit and see what’s going on? He said they’re gonna call me back and they never called me back. I am so disappointed. I am not gonna call this company again and this is waste of time and money with these people.

I know you are trying to protect your business the fact is you overcharged me for nothing. And how can I tell you to change part when I have no knowledge about heating units. If I knew what to change I wouldn’t call you guys. Also, I never said who installed my unit I only had one company before Premier come out.
This was on you not knowing how to fix it and still got money for.
