I have seen these guys working all over KTown and they are about their there jobs. Big ups guys.

I had a hard time trying to find consistent lawn service until I found B&B!
Gave them a call and they had my yard mowed the next day and then came and hauled off some junk that had been accumulating for a year or two! Including a little camper, mattress, and more! In the rain no less! My yard has never looked better.

Consistent, punctual, affordable and super nice guys!

This business is subcontracted by KUB to repair lawns in my area.

The one star rating I'm giving is only due to the gentlemen that I've spoken with in my neighborhood who have been courteous up to this point and for the woman Rep. I spoke to over the phone.
Otherwise I'd attempt a lower rating.

The first issue I brought to both KUB and this business was the shoddy repair work performed. My lawn was left with a few issues that impacted my ability to maintain it and also presented a hazard and liability.

Both KUB and this business were quick to respond to my issue, yet communication between the two was challenging.

This caused me to lose a few hours of sleep unfortunately.
Having communicated in person and performing an hour's worth of work myself to show a proper fix to the issues, I had hoped this to be all that was necessary.

The following day I did a quality inspection on the work that was done.

The company had covered up the water meter with straw and soil and I found a medical needle in the top soil that was placed by this company.

Nevermind the several other issues that were not completely corrected. There's a company, using contaminated soil which contains a bio hazard and that's scary!

Out of concern I reached out to the company to inform them of the situation, but no one was answering my calls. This being a major issue, I drove down to the company before they closed for the day to ensure that they were aware of the situation.

My viewpoint being that they were possibly unaware of the quality issue in the top soil that they were using.

At the office, the door was locked before closing hours. I was eventually able to get an employee's attention to come allow me in.

Unfortunately, while explaining the situation to this employee of the company I was near instantly met with a set of defensive questions such as, why didn't I call the police. The employee also borderline aggressively grabbed the thin ziplock bag that I used to contain the medical needle.

I decided to leave immediately out of concern for both of our safety. I don't think the man understood the dangers that used medical needles present and our rapport was already broken.

Due to the nature of this interaction and the lack of professionalism, I'd never use this company.

My best advice if you're having any issues with this company would be to get a police report then seek legal aid.

Update: Between KUB and B&B the abhorrent work (according to myself and several neighbors) that was ‘carried out?” in my neighborhood still effects us to this day. Some of us paid others to fix and or spent our own time, energy and money (on top of tax dollars), correcting the poor, dishonest and just down right pathetic lawn repairs.

Others not so fortunate, have just had to leave the scared lawns exposed and are easily spotted at a glance while driving by till this day.

The tactics that KUB employed that other neighbors, whom, like myself, pushed back to try to respectfully get proper service repairs done: KUB sends out a someone who is prepared to say as little as possible, and direct conversation towards any narratives that will better fit KUB’s favor.

I was quite surprised to have to point out obvious and clear issues, but okay…So I did.

Ultimately, it was such a heavy, burden on me to get them to do anything and it took multiple calls and weeks, time, energy, and for some reason KUB, B&B still couldn’t properly handle/provide work they are supposed to perform.

In my case, I was made out to be the picky guy. It was clear from the third contact that questions from me were not appreciated, because of how KUB/B&B personal:

Gave incomplete answers and also misdirected from the topic at hand.

Claimed the usual service member for my area was out on vacation.

Claimed that no other neighbors had complained.

Straight up, did not answer my question(s).

Turns out, over the years I’ve ran into other neighbors who have shared similar experiences.
KUB and B&B, you’ve cause me great stress and harm by simply not doing what’s right.
