Horrible place to bring a load. They will unload the daycap truck first. And then they going back to you truck to unload it. I bring less than half truck and take 6 hours to finish to unload the truck .These people don't care.I will never come back in here.

Horrible place to unload. I show up 30 mins early to my appointment they dont even put me into a dock until 1 hour AFTER my appointment, and get this there was 5 docks with the doors wide open that box trucks and local drivers were bumping every 30 mins. I go and ask the lady whats going on ive seen like 5 trucks come and go since ive been here? She says oh they are only dropping off 1 or 2 pallets at a time. I said okay, well can I at least get bumped to a dock she says no the only dock we have for you is filled rn the rest are for LTL. I said okay whatever. The guy in I guess what is the "OTR dock" leaves so I pull in. We are at the 1 hour and 30 min mark. It takes them an additional 30 mins to even touch my dock (lock me in turn on red light) then when they do that they dont even start. It takes them an additional 30 mins to start. So we are at 2 and a half hour mark before anything even happens. They take a pallet every 15 or 20 mins but will stop if a truck pulled up next to me aka the local drivers or box trucks they drop EVERYTHING to get those guys taken care of. Oh and dont forget the times I occasionally look to see if people are working you got a guy walking around aimlessly with a broom and dustpan and a guy just staring at boxes and another guy dancing I CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. This continues like this for the next 2 hours. So we are at 4 and a half hours. I notice 12 is approaching and I already know that they are going to try and go on a lunch break before finishing me I just know it. So I walk back up and it takes me a second to even get anyone to acknowledge me. I finally yell a guy down and im like man whats going on? How much is left? He goes and looks and say 4 pallets. Im like can you guys get me unloaded before you go to lunch? Hes like "oh I dont work the fork lift" I swear im just like well tell the guy to hurry up and walk off. Im currently STILL DOCKED writing this 30 mins later from that conversation they've proceeded to hit my truck 1 more time. AVOID AVOID AVOID! This was my laod to get home after being on the road for 6 weeks. They dont look at us as human beings they dont care! Im still locked into this dock who knows I could be here an additional 4 hours. who knows?

If you're an OTR good luck on getting offloaded, workers at this company don't care if you wait all day. I only had 10 pallets to deliver, my appointment was at 8 and I arrived at 7:30 got out of there at 1:45. They only take care of the local drivers.
