Great 👍 job. Couldn't find my tank. The paperwork from the "previous" service job when I bought my house was a fraud. They guys that came out were awesome. Found my tank, on the opposite side of the house than what the paperwork stated, and did their thing. 💯 recommend

I will never call anyone else. Joshua came out to pump our tank and could not have provided a better experience. We just bought a house with a septic system and have never owned one before. He explained all aspects of how it works and needs to be maintained. After spending an hour talking with him, I knew that he was a genuinely good person who wants to help others. This is a family company run by an Iraq War veteran, and they have the best price in town. What else do you need to know?

This company is top notch. Needed my septic tank pumped and was unsure of where it was. Josh and his partner located, dug, and pumped it in no time at all. The price was very reasonable and the crew was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

They were able to come out the same day I called, super reliable. He even called to let me know he was a few minutes out when they were close. He explained everything to me, and was very professional. I see now why they have such high reviews, I would definitely recommend them. They were reasonably priced and efficient.

This is a family owned business and they are absolutely fabulous! They will do anything to help you and are very trustworthy. They only charge what is necessary and when they pump your tank they leave it bone dry and empty as it should be. Other companies would just suck out "what they could" without using the proper tools to stir it up and get it ALL empty. Please call them for anything septic! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent people, Excellent service and very thorough with the job. Best prices in this country. The only company I'll call in the future for my rental property and my personal property. Top septic is top knotch... professional, kind, honest. They are a step above most companies. We certainly appreciate them. They are one of the best companies in East Tennessee. We recommend them to anyone. Our situation was difficult. However Top Septic were on top of the problem and logistically knew exactly what to do.

Got several quotes before calling Top Septic. Their price was one of the lowest. They were right on time and the guy worked his butt off in the heat. I will be using them again for sure!

These guys are THE BEST. I don't remember the last time I was so thrilled with a particular company or service. After being on the verge of tears late at night and having called 15 other companies, I called Top Septic and the people who answered the phone (this was at 11 pm at night) were SO helpful and I just knew I could depend on them. The next day they showed up on time, and treated my system. My cabin Airbnb guests who checked in shortly after had no idea that hours before we were having major septic issues. What also impressed me, was that they were willing to drive to my cabin, which seems to be located over an hour away from their office. The other companies I called who were further out wouldn't even book me. I didn't even know these guys were so far away until I got online just now to write this review. I will only use Top Septic for all my needs for my cabin in the Smokies.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Very good communication from the first phone call to the completion of the pumping. Excellent job and the desire and commitment to do a good job is out of this world. I would look no further than this great company for your septic needs!

Septic Tank Pumping (2 tanks)

I sent an email to Heidi on a late Friday evening and Joshua was at our home by Saturday afternoon, this was not an emergency but rather much needed preventative maintenance to stop an emergency from happening. Joshua located both tanks quickly, both tanks were pumped in an amazingly short time and all is well again. He cleaned up, didn’t leave a mess. He was kind, courteous, prompt and professional, as was his wife and co-owner Heidi. We were also very pleased with the monetary transaction. We will definitely recommend Top Septic Service.

I desperately need a septic tank emptied for a customer. I called many companies and they were all booked. Some were booked almost a week out. I call Top Septic Service and they were out in no time. They saved the day. Christy and Ed were great. They were very professional. They both deserve large raises. They will be who I call first in the future.

Being highly rated, Top Septic was my first call to inquire about alternative septic system installation. While unable to provide the service themselves, they pointed me to the Knox County Dept of Health who (within a few minutes) was able to email me a list of all approved alternative septic system installers for the county. Fantastic input (for which I am quite grateful)!!

We wanted to get our septic tank pumped since we weren't sure when the last time it was done before moving in here, had Josh and Heidi come out and talk with us, they are very down to earth, sweet, and honest couple. Her dad and another guy came out today to pump.so glad we did, it looked as if its never been pumped, They took there time and did what they had to do to get it all cleaned out, they put a riser in as well.They were very nice, sweet guys, answered all concerns and questions we had. Highly recommend all of them great family business for anything you may need to get done. We will be using them every 3 years to keep it cleaned.

We needed a septic company to locate and uncover a septic tank prior to a county inspection. Searching through Google reviews - and a gut feeling - led us to Top Septic. Another company never returned two of our calls.
Top Septic was responsive from the first phone call. We scheduled a service call and they showed up at the scheduled time. Heidi and Joshua felt like family. They made good suggestions regarding our system and even gave us valuable advice that was unrelated to septic but related to the project that we were starting!
We will definitely be using them for any future maintenance and/or repairs!!!

I had a few septic services out to try to find our septic tank to pump it on an older house (1970's) that I had recently purchased. Nobody could find the tank - one service had people out twice searching the whole backyard with no luck. I asked Top Septic to come out and give it a try and Joshua found the septic pump out literally within 10 minutes of being on the property! Just shows what experience and industry knowledge bring to the table. While decking had been built over the tank, Top Septic was able to locate and effectively pump out with no problems. It's a small, family business that provides honest, reliable service at an affordable price backed up by excellent communication and execution - can't ask for more than that! I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. They helped us out in an emergency situation previously and went above and beyond. Now we use them for routine maintenance. They are always on time, incredibly informative and helpful with suggestions, and a great price. Call them and be happy you did!
