Zeke and DJ did an outstanding job leveling and sealing my concrete pad. It was lifted 4 or 5 inches to pull rainwater away from the home’s foundation.
From my first meeting with the sales representative, to communication with admin for scheduling, watching the guys lift the concrete, and even chatting with their photographer; the entire process couldn’t have gone any smoother.
I am a business owner in the service industry and know a quality company when I see it.

I contacted 58 Foundations because I felt the customer service and warranty was solid.. I was correct , I had a small issue that came up after install and the GM of the Knoxville location made sure he took care of it in less than 48 hrs. Zeke and Cooper came to my location and were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable , respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond, this is what customer service is all about. In a world where it's difficult to find qualified dedicated employees 58 Foundations sure has done so. Trevor, DJ and Jubal we're friendly, polite and professional. This 58 crew explained and showed me and my Wife all their work in my basement/garage. They cleaned up after the work was completed and explained a question I had thoroughly. I live in a semi-rural neighborhood on the side of a mountain in Hampton TN and had been dealing with frequent rain seepage after down pours and now I can relax knowing the system installed will keep my basement/garage dry. I highly recommend 58 Foundations. Two other companies tried to charge us for a full foundation repair and I almost took the bait but these guys came in and provided facts that we just needed a subfloor lifted saving us about 23k. The workman was very professional and let me watch the work. He even explained it afterwards and walked me through the steps. When my husband saw it, he could not believe his eyes. Thank you, 58!

I just want to mention the 58 Foundations is amazing! From start to finish, I was impressed. We had several quotes for our crawlspace (moldy/mildewy smell and som moisture). Robert came out and told us exactly what was needed to solve our issues and NOTHING MORE!! The price was reasonable for the work being done and it was completed within a week of the quote. The guys doing the work - Trevor, DJ & Jubal were professional, efficient and you would never know they were making a HUGE mess - haha- they cleaned up everything and left our crawlspace 1000% better than before they started. I would recommend 58 Foundations to anyone who needs basement, foundation or crawl space work. Cam and Chad were professional, courteous and would answer any question I had as they performed the work. We are very satisfied with the company and the people who work for them.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the work done to encapsulate my crawl space. From start to finish, Vince Goad, Foundation Specialist, handled the job with total professionalism and care. Not only was the crawl space sealed perfectly, but he also installed a new dehumidifier and set up a sump pump with drainage to further protect my foundation. He even took the extra time to clean up debris left behind from previous workers and pointed out areas of their work that hadn’t been completed properly — then made sure those issues were taken care of.

What stood out most was Vince’s complete knowledge of his craft. He clearly explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and gave me full confidence throughout the project. The attention to detail was outstanding, and he went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right.

The end result was better than I could have expected, and he left the space cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly knowledgeable, and truly delivers quality, I can’t recommend Vince Goad, Foundation Specialist, enough.

We used this company when we bought our home 2 years ago. They inspected and said that it just needed some additional support beams in one area and they provided a lifetime warranty. Fast forward 2 years, we list our home for sale and reinspect and they recommend to the buyers (12K) worth of work that was either not included on the inspection report or the seller at the time chose not to tell us about. Regardless, they nor the seller at the time did not report this 2 years ago when they inspected it for us and did not cover it since the lifetime warranty was for the little section of work they did previously. However, they made the buyers feel like the (12K) work was really needed so we had it reinspected by a structural engineer and guess what. The structural showed there was no issues, said the drainage system could be installed to prevent future issues but was currently no issue to the foundation. Again, it is just very frustrating that they were there 2 years ago and this was brought to our attention then. Regardless if it was their fault or the sellers at the time. If you are selling your home, DO NOT LET THEM INSPECT. HIRE A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO INSPECT. Structural Engineers have no incentive to recommend stuff that is not really needed. Hope this helps future sellers. I recommend the same for future buyers, just hire a structural engineer and not someone with the potential to gain something from it. People can then actually look at what is needed to make the home structurally good.

We are very pleased with all the work that was done in our basement/crawlspace. Andy did a GREAT job of giving us the estimate of what would be done. Then Shelton did a GREAT job with getting us scheduled. On the day of our appointment, the installation guys Tanner, Hunter, and Adam came and were ready to get the job done and they did just that. This company does fabulous work! They rebuilt the foundation to my 100+ year old house with minimum mess and disruption. They took great care not to damage my landscaping and replanted the shrubbery that had to be moved. They fully explained the process and kept me informed throughout the work. The workers were very courteous, diligent, and dedicated, and the work was completed when promised, even though I added a couple of additional items to the project. I highly recommend 58 Foundations!

A huge thank you to Robert Trafelet and the awesome crew from '58 Foundations! You guys did a great job. In April Robert came out and inspected a horizontal crack in our basement wall and recommended the Carbon Fiber straps because the wall had started to bow inward and the straps would prevent any further bowing. After we accepted his quote, which we were fortunately able to finance through '58 Foundations, he had the crew at our house less than 2 weeks later. They got the job done in one day and couldn't have been more professional. I wanted to monitor the wall just to be sure there was no more inward bowing after the straps were installed so I take photos monthly. The first photo is from May a couple of weeks after install and the second photo is July, 2 months after install. You can literally see the improvement. We knew the straps were suppose to keep the wall from shifting any further, but we did not expect the wall to go back in place and the crack to actually close! We are so happy with the results and highly recommend this company and the carbon fiber straps. Great job '58 Foundations!! Thank you so much, you literally saved our home and possibly a ton of money in the future, because it would have only gotten worse.
