We had Pierre cut down a tree and trim two more and couldn't be more pleased. He didn't damage anything. The tree was right over the fence and he started at the top and cut it all down without touching it.
He takes safety very serious and is good at what he does.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Total Tree Service did an excellent job of trimming all of the dead out of my very large redbud tree. Pierre, Total Tree Service's owner, was pleasant, extremely competent, and while helping to restore my tree to a more healthy state also provided me with some very useful information for caring for my tree. I would definitely recommend this company to others needing assistance with their trees.

I definitely recommend Total Tree Service and I am very pleased with the work done. I had a very tall hickory tree that needed to come down. It was very close to my house and fence. He was able to climb up and take it down piece by piece and never hit anything. He laid it down between 2 other trees without any problems. Definitely knows his stuff.

This is the second time I have used their service. Pierre has cut down a tree previously. Very precise in his work. Even gave us some tips for other trees in the yard.

He cut down two trees for us and one was really close to our house and our driveway. It was a two day job and on the second day his crew was out in the cold December rain just to finish the job. I had a great experience with these guys. I called for an estimate and they were able to come to my house within 45 minutes. I was pleased with the estimate and they began work that same day. Pierre and Billy were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They were very thorough and honest.I would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, my neighbor is going to utilize their services.

Pierre was quick to reply to my call. He offered a quality service for a fair price. He took down a large tree, cut it into burnable pieces and even came back to split the wood for me. He then hauled away the excess brush. I am planning to have him come and remove 2-3 more trees for me. I would recommend Pierre without reservation.

These guys are extremely professional and friendly. Called total tree service, and the ever so polite receptionist had me in the schedule to look at the work pretty quick. They came out to look at the project and I agreed to have them do the job. I was pretty amazed at how efficient and quick the whole job went. If you have any tree's in your yard that your worried about, I would highly recommend these guys for the job.

Pierre is a pleasure to work with! Of the three "24-hour" tree trimming services I called, he called back first (days before the others). His price was very competitive, and the work was finished promptly. He's incredibly knowledgeable as well and eager to share information with you about trees, proper maintenance and other gardening questions you may have. I'll be scheduling more work with him soon.

Total tree service cut a tree that was 80 feet tall today. Never met nicer young men. We are so happy with their service. They cleaned up everything as they cut it. Pierre Gallup knows everthing about trees, he can tell you anything that you need to know about caring for a tree. We are so happy with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Masterfully executed. Fantastic crew, service, technical ability. Pierre & crew skillfully put the tree down in the precise drop zone. No damage to surrounding fence. Well outfitted with the proper tools and equipment and engineering skill set. Pierre is a true master. Fascinating to watch. Friendly and enjoyable people to be around. They obviously love what they do and take great pride in their work. Hardworking bunch and very knowledable about various tree types. Great price too. And the only 1 of 3 companies that actually took a core sample during proposal to determine structural integrity and determine best removal method. Saved me hundreds of dollars by being able to climb it. These guys rock!!

Pierre and Kat did an amazing job taking care of bamboo that I needed cut. Over the last couple of weeks, I called 10 tree services and several would respond and if they did, they said they didn't cut bamboo or their price was much higher than what I was wanting to pay. I called Pierre on a Friday, he came out Saturday evening and said he could do the work Sunday, wow! Everyone else was telling me they were a week out and the best part, his quote was half of the other guys. Kat and Pierre showed up and did amazing work. While Pierre trimmed, Kate worked tirelessly to stack all the bamboo and she never took a break until the job was done. The Pierre & Kat team are a dynamic duo and I know who I can call if I ever need tree service again-Total Tree Service!

Incredible price for what I saw these guys do. Professional and taking every precaution with seriousness, the work was flawless. A very difficult to reach and very large branch of a 150 year old oak that hung over my house was systematically taken in about an hour. All debris was cleaned and I was given info and suggestions of other non related items I asked about around the place. The trimmer, Pierre, can be trusted with no doubt with what he does. Earlier in the year I had 4 different estimates to remove a large maple - into the thousands. He showed me why and reasons the tree did not need to be cut, essentially losing work by being honest. He still offered to do the work which was still less than the others but he gave an honest opinion. That maple stands tall and I am thankful I did not have it taken down. I highly recommend this service far beyond any other.

Total Tree Service gave an estimate, and did the work in the same day. They were very skilled and efficient. The owner climbed one of our large oak trees like a pro and safely removed several dead branches. I would highly recommend them.

Pierre is the man! really friendly, came exactly when they said they would. Did a great job. had a giant hickory 15ft from my back deck and 30ft from my house and he brought the whole thing down without even coming close to my home or deck. I will use him from now on anytime I need tree work done. I have already referred him to several friends who have set appointments with him to get work done at their homes.

Had them come back to mulch the brush and they did an amazing job! I wasn't even home when they cam by and they did every thing they said and then some. Its a nice change having people like Pierre and his crew go above in beyond in a day where customer service is dead. They are the BEST! I will actively refer them to everyone I know!

I've had Pierre and his crew out twice in the past few years to remove trees as well reshape and trim overgrown tree canopy's. Each time they have completed the work quickly and left my yard looking great afterwards. They are a very professional and knowledgeable crew when it comes to tree care, and are fair on the price to do the work.
