Stump Solutions was fantastic! Tommy was quick to respond to my call, scheduled the service on the first day I was available, was right on time, ground my stump and cleaned up very efficiently. Very professional and friendly. I only wish I had more stumps to grind! Highly recommend! Thanks!

Couldn't be happier. We are building a new home and needed 3 trees removed, as well as the removal of dozens of previously cut trees. We saw other comments and ratings for Stump Solutions, all very positive, and decided to give Tommy a call. He came out the next day to look at the work and provided a competitive quote that night. After we got a couple of other quotes, we decided to go with Tommy both because of his review comments and pricing. He came the next week and finished up the job in a day, with final clean up the following day. Tommy asked us to make sure we were happy, and that if there was anything else he needed to do, to let him know. We went to the sight and everything was cleaned up, as if it was never there. We highly recommend him and will keep his number happy for any future work we may need done. Thanks Tommy.

Had a great experience with Tommy and Stump Solutions from start to finish. Getting a quote was easy, and he offered to complete the job at a competitive rate. He was able to come out within a couple days. He removed two stumps from our front yard. The stumps were ground to a sufficient depth to plant grass over the top. Took him about 30 minutes including the time he spent cleaning up the job site to minimize the mess. He was professional and expedient. I would definitely work with him again if we have other needs in the future.

Paid attention to the little things during the estimate. Mentioned how I was going to do some additional trimming and work after they were done and they went a head and included afterward. Excellent responsiveness.

Greg and the crew at Edwards took down 3 large pine trees for me a few months ago. The estimate was fair, and they were efficient. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed several trees cut, especially a large poplar rotted at the base. Estimator came out, and proceeded to tell me the tree was rotted out and how bad it was, not once, but over and over again for 20 minutes. He asked me several times about what other companies had come out and how they were going to take the tree out even after I clearly indicated I was not comfortable talking about other quotes. Estimator then said his company couldn't do the work and wouldn't even do the smaller trees that needed cut. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the phone dispatcher was very nice and responsive. Needless to say, we found another company to do the work.

After a wind and rain storm I had a tree fall on my front yard. Contacted Edwards tree service. I told them the tree wasn't on any power lines or cable lines and that it was not blocking the roadway. Since there were other emergencies in the area. I agreed that they could wait until the next day to come out. By 10am Kevin was at my home, gave me an estimate and was able to clear my yard the same day. I will definitely recommend this company for their services, and will use them from now on to service my trees.

Great experience. The crew was on time (actually early), very competent and professional. They worked as a team, you could see they've worked together for a while. The lead was skillful in taking down the trees with no drama. They had all the tools they needed. They left the work area very clean. Highly recommended.
