This contractor came to my home while performing work connected to apartments in Franklin, TN, and the experience was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

During and after the visit, inappropriate conversations took place inside my residence, and unsolicited explicit photos/messages were later sent through text. Additional messages discussed personal encounters while working in vacant apartment units. Screenshots, timestamps, and video footage from the visit have been preserved.

The apartment/property management company where the work was being performed has been notified, and a formal complaint is being submitted to the State of Tennessee for review.

I encourage anyone hiring contractors to carefully vet who they allow into their homes and properties.
