Carpet cleaning and Repairs were top notch!!! they even did my car for free when I set them up with my neighbors to clean their houses.

I had them Carpet Clean our kid's bedroom and hall way. They did a wonderful job. When I referred them to one of my co-workers to get her home done they cleaned my stairs and car for free. Great group of guys. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Paid 2900.00 for a motor that was only supposed to have 30,000 miles on it. It came with a 45 day warranty. It took longer than 45 days to get it in to a place with the proper equipment to verify it has a cracked head. They were unreasonable, and even accused me of driving it and cracking the head... Don't give this place your money. They are not checking to make sure their motors are worth selling... I had to hire a mechanic to put it in, then I had to take it and pay another mechanic shop to figure out the motor was bad... I was told I should have called them immediately. There was no way for me to know immediately that it indeed was the motor.. I am out thousands of dollars. I could have put in a new motor for what I just went through.... May karma rip this business to shreds.... Take your money elsewhere...

# listed as carpet cleaning business but is auto salvage; purchased part no longer needed and not used, communicated this to Summer; she instructed me to come (if not today) Monday - Friday as ",... we don't do refunds on the weekend...". When I arrived after making the 30 mile trip, Billy refused to give me a refund or credit. I said, "OK, you got your $40.00 from me..." and I left the part there. Never do business with him again.

We had Omosigho cleaning company come in and do a cleaning on our new home. We were very pleased and the owner is an absolute doll!

With us having four year old twins and a boxer, I can’t remember a time our house looked this good! We can not recommend enough, especially if you’re having company in town and need some extra help getting things looking good.

DO NOT hire this company!! I was gifted monthly cleanings from this company for a year last August. They have only shown up 3 times in a year and refused to refund money!! Lies, no shows, so many I'm on my way... And not show. This company is a scam.

We used Omosigho’s to clean prior to moving into our new home. I was thrilled with the work the team did, and so happy to have one less thing to worry about during our move. They were quick and extremely professional.

They were very quick to communicate that they were going to be late and were very accommodating to our unusual needs! The attention to detail was amazing! My girls were thrilled to see their rooms clean and their stuffies all lined up in cute arrangements.

I scheduled a cleaning for my home after a very positive consultation. I canceled my current cleaning service because I was looking forward to using this company. My cleaning was scheduled for this Monday at 10 am. Around 9 am I received a call that my cleaning would need to be rescheduled due an employee calling out sick. Thats understandable so I agreed to reschedule for Wednesday. Once Wed came I received a txt giving me the name of my cleaner and confirming that she would arrive at 10 am. I immediately acknowledged the message. Around 10:40 no one had arrived, so I called the company contact...no answer. She called back and I explained that no one had shown up to which she seemed surprised. She apologized and stated that she'd call right back with some clarification. 2 hours went by without a return call or text or explanation of any sort. I called again, no answer. I sent a follow up text...no response. I know emergencies come up, but communication is important. Im pretty appalled that this is how they chose to handle business. Im further annoyed that I cancelled by standing appointment in reliance of this appointment.

The past two weeks I was no showed three times by Omosigho's Cleaning Company. I used her service because getting an estimate and a time schedule was very easy and convenient, I wish I could say the rest was as pleasant.
It was one year since my daughters dad passed away, and I was feeling a little useless and depressed. I hired this service as a form of selfcare to help alleviate the pressures of cleaning a home, and as a single mom to pay for something like this consistently is a luxury for myself. Each time I got a text saying someone was on there way and then they never showed up. It took me writing a review after the second time to get the owners attention. I told her admin after the second no show that I wanted a refund, she told me she would escalate to Tanisha and I didn’t hear a single thing. That was Wednesday October 27th..Tanisha didn’t contact me until Sunday October 31 when I posted the review on her Facebook page.

The owner called me personally and explained that she’d refund me my money and do the service for free, I felt bad, I said I will pay for it and remove the review. I had trusted her, it seemed she had wanted to do right. I removed the review and we scheduled for Wednesday November 3rd..this would mark a third attempt. She gave me her word she would come at 4:30 to clean the house herself.

Wednesday comes and it’s 4:30 PM, and she texts me that she’s on her way at around 4:00. She never came.
I sent her a text after an hour saying this isn’t working and to just send me my money back in which she didn’t respond until the next day. . I Got a phone call Thursday morning at 0730, she gave me another excuse in which I told her that I had enough and wanted my money back. It is now Friday and she has yet to refund me my money. I probably lost out on $275.00 because I foolishly trusted someone I never should have.

DO NOT BOOK HER SERVICE.

I hired Omosigho Cleaning for a move-out cleaning job. They arrived promptly and prepared. They worked around some unexpected challenges to complete the job that they started. They were very professional the entire time and I strongly recommend them for house cleaning needs.

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I’m all for second chances, which was given, and I should have learned from the first experience to not hire back. Not only did they arrive late, they now have been in my home for 5hrs and only partially cleaned one room. Our home is brand new and we just moved in. Not only are the lacking in customer service, the owner is unprofessional. Beware before you book a service. It will never get completed.

In response to the response below -Your cleaner did not move any items around. We specifically went over everything in detail for what our expectations were. This was supposed to be a deep clean in a moved in home - OUR HOME ISNT EVEN DIRTY - we just moved in. You did NOT receive a generous tip. You were supposed to refund us the overage and never did. Again, I stand with my statement above. Do not hire this company unless you want to waste your money have not have your house cleaned.

I hired this company in June to do a deep clean in my home after they were highly recommended. The cleaners sent to my home were an hour late, and spent about four hours at my house, however they did not do the job as they advertised. Dusting wasn’t done, fans weren’t cleaned, kitchen floor wasn’t mopped, mirrors in bathrooms weren’t cleaned, etc. really just basic stuff. I called Tanisha immediately and she assured me this was unacceptable, to send her photos and she would be scheduling a re clean asap. The following week, the company no call no showed to my house a total of 4 times before Tanisha herself told me she was coming to do the job herself. She then also no call no showed to my house. I do not recommend this company, they aren’t reliable, they don’t follow through on their own guarantee. Extremely dissatisfied.
