Called them on Wednesday to check my Pressure relief valve. I was told i will be the first service call on Thursday since i was close by. Well on Thursday around 10:30 no one came so i called and was told that they will be by that day. Well at 3:00 no call so I called back and was told that he was in Nashville and is on his way. They never showed nor did I received a call. They called me the next morning at 7:45 to see if i still want the repair done. I told them no that i went with a different company. Communication is the key, don't said you are going to do something and don't keep you word. I will never call them again.
