It seems they cannot FIX an A/C unit, only PATCH it up and come back 3 more times in the same year only to patch it up some more. Highly unprofessional and hardly answers their phone. If you can't fix one problem after 4 tries, you may need a new profession.

Best service around day or night. They've always been there when I needed them the most. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I can't say enough good things about them.
